Uniteds biggest weakness of the past few seasons has been "entitlement". We see it week after week that the players (who are very talented btw) can expect things to come easily for them. I personally don’t think it’s a harsh comment. These players need to realise that there’s a dozen games to go, instead of thinking they’ve done enough with a league cup win. As a Man United fan, I have to say I was never carried away by the last results. Leicester dominated us first half, Newcastle dominated us, we don't have the confidence and control of a big team, we win by resilience, discipline and when we manage to set traps on counter attacks. With Liverpool we were decent 45 minutes and I have to say Liverpool was magnificent and overconfident after 3-0& when you have Nunez, Salah and Gakpo anything can happen.

I felt the same. That we were overachieving this season so far, we still need another 5-6 quality signings to get that depth in the squad where things like fatigue aren’t as much of a factor. I predicted 2-2 before the game, Liverpool had won 3 of their last 4 and you’re right, we haven’t been going in there and dominating teams, games have been quite edgy a lot of the time which shows we still have some improving to do
