    I can do hard things. I dont deserve to give up on myself 💪🏽 I’ve been doing this 4 times a week for the last month, counting macros and light lifting because of a back injury. Down 7 lbs! Love this video!

      Impressive! I’m going 7 days a week at 30 mins. I’m aiming to loose 20lbs. I’m currently at 160lbs. Wish me luck 💯

      @@justdorado1403 it’s going great went from 160lbs to my current weight at 150lbs now…I need up getting trainer and I’ve lost a lot of the visceral fat but gained some healthy muscle …

    level 7: regular steps (2 minutes)
    level 10-12: regular steps
    level 10-12: side steps w/ rail (30s each side)
    level 15: squat steps
    level 15: regular steps
    level 13: backwards steps w/ rail
    level 13: regular steps
    level 18: regular steps
    level 7: knee drive steps
    level 15: regular steps
    level 20: regular steps
    level 22: regular steps
    level 11: regular steps
    level 11: side steps w/o rail (30s each side)
    level 13: regular steps
    level 25: sprint
    level 15: skip steps w/ rail
    level 17: skip steps w/ rail
    level 10: squat steps

    Another Sunday workout done. Finished off with this one after my 40 minute strength workout cos I needed that burnout and I’m crazy like that!😂💪🏾❤

    Hi bro, Just attempted this at the gym and did 25 minutes. I thought I was about to meet God cos the pain was just crazy…. but it hurt oh so good lol. Was sweating buckets and I really felt that burn and kept up with you too. Not for the faint-hearted this workout. That’s for sure. 💪🏾💪🏾🥵🦵🏾🦵🏾

    Last time I tried this I stopped halfway thru maybe less then that. Today I made it all the way thru but with like 5 one minute pauses. This dude don’t play gotdamn

    I’ve started on this to work leg muscles. I like running most and just back m calf injury so need to build back up. Level 18 must be intense as I’ve been doing level 8 and that can be whilst not quick it can be challenge.

    best cardio machine in my opinion , 30 min you can easily burn 500 cal

    I’m halfway and I’m taking breaks through each different variation and I’ve never felt so much pain, exhaustion, and burning ever, after this I’m cutting it low because I’m going to the point where my legs lock up and hurt so bad I fall and lay there for like 2 minutes. Edit: I’m have an asthma attack…

    You just gained a new follower on all platforms. Now this is a workout. I’m a runner and this felt great but I can’t lie it was very hard. My treadmill I think is faster than yours. On 15 I was almost running the stairs. But this was amazing thank you 🫶🏽💪🏾
