I hadnt heard of them, so I checked them out and found a particular shade of blue that i had been searching for. I am so grateful for your pointers and guidance!
Just yesterday I decided that I would go "natural" with my longer nails! Two dips of natural and a top coat, and I love my sexy mani!! My nails wouldn't last 10 minutes without protection, and this way hardly anyone would be able to tell I just didn't have clear nail polish on. It's my birthday next Sunday, and I think I'll add some bling and leave them without color for a changeup. Your videos are wonderful. I was checking this morning for like 2 hours to see if you had posted yet!

Great video as always. I ordered this gel set and it should be here tomorrow...thank jeebus because I'm almost out of my Aimeili. How many layers of topcoat do you do at the end? Do you just do one and cure? I find that if I do two it seems to Idk how to explain it...like it separates in spots.
Duwster thanks so much, darlin!! Yeah, I usually only do one coat, unless I’m doing nail art over it - then I’ll add a second coat. You’re gonna LOVE IT!! Make sure you cure a full 60 sec. 💕
@@MarlaKris I am sure I will love it! I do 60 seconds but if I do a second coat its like the gel pools away in certain spots...I think its because it isn't able to stick? Idk. Anyways I am excited to try this topcoat and will be doing 1 coat from now on unless I do some nail art :)
Yeah, the top coat does like a more abrasive surface to grab on to, that that might be why your second coat is not properly attaching! Can’t wait to hear about your experience!!

Ok - beginner dip stuff: 100-180 file Buffing block Dehydrator (50/50 acetone and alcohol) Dip liquids (base and activator) or gel base coat Top coat (can be dip top coat, gel top coat, lacquer etc) Dip powder of your choice Fluffy brush for excess powder Toothpick or orange wood sticks That would be my starter kit! I also use an efile and an LED/UV gel lamp, but if you use poly gel you prob already have that. Oh.. and a REALLY good cuticle oil

It’s my pleasure!! I Always cap in clear no matter what color, so add that to my “must haves” in a starter kit. The natural I like under colors bc I feel it makes certain colors that are more sheer kinda pop, but it’s not necessary. Basically, if you have the natural, use it under, if not, use clear or white (really nice under bright, sheer colors) but don’t go out and buy it unless you REALLY want it - the clear will work just as well!
