Do you have any kegel exercises? How many reps, how much should squeezes take etc.
Hey Vid, I sure do. Check this video out to learn how to Kegel ruclips.net/video/Uv5l8Ye3Rs8/видео.html
If you check out my channel I have a couple of videos going over a daily Kegels exercise routine explaining reps, sets, holds and positions. Let me know if that helps :)

Hi Dr Eric, I’m 11 weeks post prostatectomy, a question I’ve been having trouble finding an answer to, How am I able to stay continent at night when I’m sleeping? Does the external sphincter close in the resting state? (When I’m not actively trying to urinate). I do have a couple of ml leakage at night but wondering how I’m able to not let loose a full bladder load while I’m sleeping. I hope this question makes sense. I am doing kegels exercises every day by the way. Thanks!!
