  • I took the Magshock Fold & Go Wheelchair to some of my favorite places that have been difficult for me to visit in the past. I went to an outdoor craft and antiques show with challenges like woodchips, then to an antique store with graveled garden in the back.

@@user-tu4kf7sc3n It's been wonderful. Live in a small down, go to a couple different restaurants occasionally, I can get through doors on my own since I have a free hand while operating it, I couldn't do this with my regular hand powered wheel chair. Since it's no bigger that a regular wheel chair, when I see my doctor, I can bring it right into the exam room. Also, the sidewalks here are terrible, and this chair handles it like a champ. It's been about 9 months since I had the chair, and I've only had to charge it a couple times.

Hi ,your doing great! I had my magshock for about a week and having problems with the foot plate. My heels have to just about touch each other or my foot falls off, also my legs split apart & I find myself holding my leg so it's looks normal. I'm a woman too. I called fold and go & they told me all I could do is buy their straps so they stay together. Do you have that feeling when your using your magshock?

I am thinking about purchasing a MagSHOCK Wheelchair. I am a 58 year old T-3 paraplegic now for 36 years from a car accident that left Me with a spinal cord injury and I have been unable to walk due to complete paralysis from the chest down now for 36 years. I have always used a custom Ultra-Light manual chair and in the past 5 years have added a power assist that helps but battery only last 4 to5 miles and does not die very well off pavement. I live in rural New Hampshire and think The MagSHOCK waterproof wheelchair would be Great for Me for outdoor adventures and get Me places I can not get with My manual chair without help. Also save My shoulders after 36 years of pushing a manual chair. I just have not seen or talked to No full time wheelchair users yet that have this chair and is the only thing that concerns Me and the fact that in order to use My custom pressure relief cushion I would have to put it on top of the current cushion that is bolted on. I really have done My homework on this chair and wanted to hear if You might know of anyone that can not walk and are full time wheelchair users like Myself who have the MagSHOCK and how it is working out for them. Any perspective and info You could write Me would be Great. Thank You, Alan Duboyce....

Except for the footpath. They make a strap you can buy. Unfortunately they told me they don't sell foot pedals on my other electric wheelchair I've been using for the last 9 years. It's hard once you buy it that's it. Good luck@

Can the chair handle 1 to 2 inches of smow?
