  • Oversized medication dosages are a challenge to organize. Medications like cromolyn sodium that come in 2.5 inch long ampoules won't fit in your typical daily.weekly pill sorter. I made my own giant medication organizer and share some other tips as part of my adapting to chronic illness series.

Was looking for a motivation to organize my GIANT stash of meds (Cromolyn included) and knew this would be the perfect video once I saw the big ol' box of Cromolyn in the thumbnail!! LOL

this was so helpful. I'm on over 20+ meds w all my chronic illnesses ( incl. MCAS ), and I am struggling 2 stay on top of all of them. I'll use this 2 help me create a system 4 my regimen ! ♡

I love your system! It's so pretty and organized! I wish I could buy one like that since I'm too fatigued to DIY stuff

I have MCAS among other chronic illnesses and I love the way you organized all of your meds. I don't take cromolyn sodium, but I do have a ridiculous amount of pills to take that don't fit in any of the pill organizers that I've found. I've been looking for better ways to organize both my home stash and my purse/backpack stash of medications and this was super creative and helpful! I have pretty severe brain fog and fatigue and there have been so many times that I've taken a pill and then immediately wondered if I'd taken it or not, even when I'm trying to pay attention! Getting a mini to-do/list planner has really helped me so far because I can physically check off the box for each medication while I'm taking it. For some reason apps and technology trackers/reminders and I don't mesh well together lol.
Where did you get the little vial with the chambers?! I could seriously use one of those in my life!
Also just wanted to let you know my doctor pronounces Ketotifen as key-tote-if-en :) Thanks so much for making this video and sharing your organization ideas!

What app do you use to mark it off? I also have an apple watch but my medication management is still horrible.

Do those mint boxes stay closed really well?? Or do they loosen over time? I’m looking at changing my med storage to a cart but daily usage that looks like an awesome idea. In Canada sodium cromolyn is a pill called nalcrom we apparently are lucky.
