If we have taken a gap from 1 month. For workout. Then what can I do . Can i directly start these drills our not ,ya fhir after khuch weak ke baaad se start krna hai aamir sir?
Good question brother. See when we take total (Rest) gap more than 14 days then our fitness level starts to drop down. So I will suggest you to get on this workout after few weeks when you are back on field.

Spikes use karna risky hai. Lekin proper practice se aap spikes par acche se run kar sakte ho.
1) Sab se pehle to aap ko Flat Running shoes par apne toes (Panje) par Running ke practice karna honge.
2) Spikes use karte waqt start me aap small nails use kare.
3) Spikes Warmup k baad pehne.
4) Spikes Proper (soft)ground par use kare.
5) Start me spikes se small distance run kare.
