this dude tore all his ligaments in both legs, had a vasectomy, is blind in both eyes but is still able to drive, and died last night but brought himself back to life.
@@pooploops That's wild. Here in California, a first-offense misdemeanor DUI generally requires one to do community service, fines, court costs, mandated DUI classes, temporary loss of license, and probation. If you rack up a total of 3 or 4, depending on the circumstances, you *have* to go to jail for like a month no matter what you think you can do to get out of it. I knew someone's dad who was a multimillionaire but his goofy ass couldn't help but rack up 4 DUIs in total after a number of years and he had to do a month in Santa Rita Jail up in the Bay Area, lord knows he lost his license for who know how long, Ignition lock on his car for way longer, probation, and all of the above multiplied by more. We also have a 10-year rule that treats a DUI conviction within a decade of a previous one to bundle up as a multiple DUI offense that resembles the last above. I know Wisconsin is a very drunken state but it's still crazy to me that they let that culture treat DUIs like a citation lol.
@@monke6776 There is a healthy sense of competition and cooperative effort in all healthy people. You want a real question to ponder, imagine if we didn't spend any effort trying to indoctrinate bushmen into Western Culture. :) Our narcissist in question is a loser caught driving drunk with warrants. Is this really someone you'd like to defend?
You mean “I had a vasectomy…two YEARS ago, my balls *still* hurt” 🙄 He either needs to go back to the damn doctor or he’s reaching for excuses. I’m leaning towards the latter.
After two they should be walking for the rest of their life. No moped, no motorcycle, no bicycle. I only say 2 because everyone deserves grace however if there were fatalities in that first dui then a hefty jail sentence and barred from owning a vehicle ever.
I heard a guy who haven't seen since little league days ( early 90s ) who lives in Ohio now I believe. Has gotten 5 DUIs. And isn't allowed to drive now. So how he has 6? Should be done after 3 at the most.
The scary part is that he actually had a reason to have a vasectomy. That would indicate that at least one poor woman actually mounted this sasquatch....
Y'all deaf 🤦🤔😂🤣 Drunk: That's my dad, I told you he died. He O.D.ed in a f¥€king tent. Officer: Really? Drunk: Yeah Officer: Nice 😂🤣😂🤦 The "nice" was said softly..I'm sure it's just that he's dumbfounded about the way his dad died 🤷
This officer was extremely nice. He doesn’t communicate in a robotic way at all unlike a lot of cops. He calls him out for lying in the most cheerful way ever “Oh you do have a license!”
you can not "pass" these tests. this is a Terry stop investigation. they are gathering evidence to be used against you in court. nothing you do or say can be used to help you in court. it can only, and will, be used against you in court. don't consent to tests. don't blow. they may take you to jail. they may revoke your license. but they will not have critical evidence to convict you in court. your lawyer will thank you. answer as few questions and provide as little information as to be cooperative. "I will cooperate with a full statement after I speak with a lawyer"
I feel like I should have a million dollars. I don’t think that has any bearing on whether it shows up any time soon. *I feel compelled to add this since someone probably will so I’ll just nip it in the bud now.* - That is barring any “manifesting” woo woo which is essentially another form of feeling it into existence. 🤞🏻🪄💵
He also said he had zero to drink. Then he said he had "a little" to drink. The tests showed significantly more than "a little". Why do cops bother to ask? This guy is SO uncooperative, but so nice about it. It's refreshing not to have the screaming and cursing...he ought to get points for that.
It's not a good idea to be driving drunk as it is, but let's do it with a suspended license, a car that isn't legal, drunk (again), out on bond, with a warrant, and tamper with a breathalyzer. But HE thought it was a good idea. I wonder if at any point during the night did he ever realize what he was doing and what could happen if he got caught? Homeboy rolled the dice. He played the game and lost.
For sure lol. He was even smirking several times like it was a dream and he was absolutely innocent. I don't understand why he even had to ask the cop "why are we here what did I do?" Bro the time to know your place is exactly right now you are fully caught. I mean why was he even playing games with the cop when the cop mentions your revoked license, unregistered vehicle, and you being out on bond all in the first conversation.
Chris J, This guys license was revoked which means he was no long legally permitted to drive in that state period. The state took away his license to drive, due to multiple driving offences, like too many DUIs. Some could have been for accidents involving injuries to other people. If people were killed he would be in prison.
I must say, your comment was spot on with what I was thinking.... He also has a drug charge as well(atleast a paraphernalia charge) for the THC vaping device...then has enough nerve to try to complain and try to work out a deal because "it's really going to fu*k up his life if they arrest him". With all the serious charges he purposely brought on himself.?!.., Come on, for real dude!? U are the pilot of u're life, no one else can think for you.
@Chris J Man, I sure am glad I got my experience out before all you kids came in and ruined it for those of us that didn't want to live under those house rules our whole lives lol
@@skankhunt3624 - You're correct. I like answering the question this way. (Keep in mind the vast majority of traffic stops are pretextual and the cop wants to convert it to a DUI/DWI or felony drug bust.) If you're pulled over then just resign yourself to the fact that you're going to get a ticket and the rest is simple. *Cop:* _Do you know why I pulled you over?_ This question is intended to get you to confess to something on camera making your conviction in court a slam dunk. *Me:* _I assure you officer if I was doing something wrong it wasn't intentional. I appreciate you bring it to my attention._ The other answer I like to give is, _All the information you need for this stop is on my driver's license, officer._ Just have a few set answers memorized and either don't give them any answers or give the the answers you prepared ahead of time.

Good news. You don't! At least not in most states, but check your local laws. Most places you are not obligated to take these tests. Just say no, including the roadside breathalyzer.
He called mom right away. Guaranteed she’s never told him “no” & yelled at his teachers when he was a child. He’s spoiled & has always blamed everyone else for his failures
Yeah, thank God Code Blue changed the way that they released videos. When they started editing and added an announcer who explained the situation prior to the arrest and what the end result of the clip was for the suspect (s) the videos became 100% better.
The officer never once said “Nice” but he in fact said “Really? Yikes!” In response to the suspects fathers overdose. I can see how a drunk person can misinterpret and think they heard nice instead of yikes. That officer is one hell of a good respectful man who you want on your department.
Even if he did say ‘nice’ he apologized. Cops hear shit all the time. Most times they don’t really listen to someone jabbering on and just reply with ‘uh-huh’, ‘cool’, ‘nice’, etc..
It was definitely "nice" under his breath, his jaded cop brain just said the sarcasm out loud. I dont think he was maliciously hurtful but definitely could be more sensitive and self aware. Of course the lying drunk driving Christian is going to crucify him over it to take the heat off himself.
@Terence McKenna annoying the cops who decide what charges to give you is a pretty fuckin stupid idea lol. I've had cops let me out of speeding tickets before just because of how much respect I showed them, just from having decent manners
@@frankmarano1118 yes usually being respectful goes a long way along with having a valid reason for breaking the law. Once I was driving home late at night from a different city and was gonna run out of gas on a highway. The nearest gas station was at the next exit and would take me 10 mins to get there but it was gonna close in 15 mins, so I sped up a bit only to be pulled over 5 mins later, but the cop was understanding and let me go after running my name
@@naysaynetwork5271 Well yes & no. If you're a jerk they can throw the book at you & give you other charges. I know this is a personal anecdote but it's still a perfect example so I'll give it anyways. I was arrested for some total BS. I was speeding because I didnt want to be late for work & got pulled over. I'm hard of hearing in one ear & didn't hear the sirens for the first 20 seconds so they thought I was fleeing but I pulled over immediately the second I noticed. It was in daylight so I didnt notice the lights behind me. Anyways they searched my car because they walked a drug dog around it & they said it "alerted". Well I dont smoke weed so I knew that made zero sense. Anyways I used to share my car with my dad & one of his pills were found loose on the floor. Controlled substance BOOM felony charge for something I didnt even know was there! The cop even admitted to me that meds do NOT alert drug dogs so they shouldn't have been able to use that as evidence because they NEVER found what "alerted" the drug dog, but told me they were arresting me anyways. I had 2 choices here. Be cooperative & take it to court or fight with them. I chose the former. Because of that he dropped the fleeing charge, (I had proof I'm half deaf in one ear) he dropped the speeding ticket for me. That I would've definitely gotten if I was a jerk. He ALSO didnt tow my car as evidence which saved me hundreds of dollars & let my dad pick it up. There are millions of cases where cops added on extra charges to people giving them a hard time. Yes sometimes the court will fix that but sometimes it does not & the prosecutor will run with it. That's why the phrase "they'll throw the book at you" even exists in the first place. They were supposed to tow my car for sure because "drugs" were found in it, & they easily could've given me the fleeing charge with the bodycam footage. Maybe I'd have beat it in court or maybe I wouldn't have & theyd have told me I hear well enough or some shit. *I DEFINITELY would not have beat the speeding ticket!!* The point is its dumb to play with fire & that's undeniable. Next time you may not get professional cops, you might get someone crooked. Your comparison of 2 singular times does not mean much..
@@sammyswank1158 Yup exactly! I've been pulled over for speeding in my general manager uniform & every single time they let me go without a ticket besides one time where there were other circumstances that unfortunately caused a misunderstanding. A lot of concentration and frontal brain stuff so yeay good luck to people with brain damage or bad attention deficits. Not to mention the speed of new information or the way some cops give instructions, pressure and the presence random sounds and flashing lights 😅
I was pulled over in Austin for driving without headlights - just picked up a rental car and thought they were on automatic. Officer was really nice, but was concerned that I had been drinking. I actually don't drink, but he wanted to conduct a field sobriety test. I apologized for not pulling over in a safe spot (is there a good spot on I-35) and asked if we could move down the road a bit to a safer spot for our safety. I guess I showed situational awareness and compliance because he said I could go. I turned on my lights and drove off. I have never done a field sobriety test and was actually curious as to how long it would take before I could go.
I think he did, its sort of hard to hear it. When the guy says his dad died in a tent the cop says really? the guy responds yes, then very lowly if you crank the volume it does kinda sound like the cop says nice but I could be mistaken. Listen around 16:15
That’s very true. More people do need to start to recognize that.. not because it’s morally, ethically, or even legally wrong to not have your license or identification on your person, but because it is much safer and smarter to keep your identification on you. Helps you with your credibility and your case!
I mean we see almost every day in these body cam videos people who are doing anything wrong they just don't have their ID on them and they're able to give their information the officers able to look it up and everything is okay. You can consider it shady or however you want to consider it at the very concept of a free person being required to carry something that the government sells to you. It's required if you're driving, otherwise no.
and with good reason. Unless you genuinely forgot your wallet at home, chances are those with no ID don't want to be identified for reason of warrants or suspects in a crime. Literally no other reason to not carry ID.
It's the being out with the expired registration that did him in. It's late at night, there's nobody on the roads, this cop has absolutely nothing to do he's just going to run tags.
It ain't easy being an alcoholic in a rural area. No cabs, no booze within walking distance, no chance. Hopefully he sobers up in jail and get's the help that he needs.
Right? Clearly he has no self control or desire to stop drinking and it’s a cycle of offenses and releases until he kills himself or god forbid, someone else. Him being free puts society in danger. My friend was killed a few weeks before graduating high school by a drunk driver on his TENTH offense. If states had mandatory incarcerations after a certain number of offenses she would still be here.
@Tyler I think it should be a three strikes you’re out. I think a fine and a one year license suspension followed by a lifetime of having the breathalyzer lock on the car for the first offense, year in prison and 10 year license suspension on the second offense, 5 years in jail and lifetime license suspension on the third offense. It should also result in prohibition from possession of firearms. Someone who would use one dangerous machine drunk would use another dangerous machine drunk.
THIS IS WISCONSIN, the state that supplied the country with beer from the mid-1800s until prohibition, and still produces Miller beer, and now Coors and Leinenkugel’s, as well. Believe it or not, a first drunk driving offense in my fair state is a _MISDEMEANOR,_ despite decades of efforts by MADD and other groups to clean up our laws. We were one of the last states with the legal drinking age of 18, and the legislature finally had to give in bc of intense pressure from insurance companies, bc underage kids from every surrounding state flocked to Wisconsin bars every weekend to get drunk and got killed on the way home. I grew up in the county with more bars per capita than any county in the US. I dk if that’s still true, but it certainly was up until around 1985 or so, when I moved and stopped paying attention. At my high school, there were student deaths from drunk driving every single year....six of my drunk classmates died horrifically when they were out barhopping in the county and either tried to race a freight train to a crossing, or the driver didn’t see the train bc the setting sun was in her eyes. At any rate, they were all decapitated. And the populace was apparently ready to put up with these tragedies then, and they still are. So now you know! History lesson concluded, lol!
Imagine driving drunk on a suspended license after already having 6 DUI’s and and acting entitled in the process. Get this clown off the streets before he ends up killing someone.

People who think laws aren’t made for them aren’t just living life the hard way....they truly think they’re better, smarter, and are so important that they can ignore whatever laws they want to. This is truly delusional thinking, and bc there aren’t enough officers to catch him whenever he ignores laws, which I’m sure happens multiple times every day, this delusional attitude is continually reinforced. So when he finally gets caught, he treats the people who catch him as though they’re woefully inferior beings who have no right to even ask his name. When he falsely accused the officer of being horribly disrespectful about his father’s death, he was at first going for pity as a way to lessen his charges, but then realized he could resume his “top dog” position over the officer by repeating this false accusation several times and refusing to take the man’s apology. SAF jerk.
The part that really rubbed me the wrong way is that the cop apologized for saying something he may not have said and the drunk guy kept acting insulted.
Yeah he knew he was lying but he was hoping he could guilt or shame to cop into going easy on him or at least just make him feel bad as a way of being petty and getting back at him. Total P.O.S.

If you've had too many DUI tickets and arrests, some states will not only revoke your license, but they will take your car to make sure you can't drive. Since you don't have the common sense to not drive while drunk. This guy falls into that category.
For me this DUI/OWI is a danger to every resident in and around Monroe County and deserves nothing less than a few years behind bars. Just as dangerous as a person going through a mental episode whilst carrying an AR15 or a terrorist wearing a vest or swinging a machete in public. If you think that's too harsh go ask the thousands, if not millions, of family members who've lost loved ones to DUI/OWI if it's too harsh.

In general I myself have experienced dealing with police during my studies in USA in the 90’s , every time I got pulled over I was treated with respect, and I wish the world police can learn something from the US law enforcements , it was really an interesting experience to me that will always remember very well, I actually there learned to respect speed limits especially after a big car accident I experienced Cheers USA 🍷
Question: How do you get 6 DUIs by that age and not be in prison? Actual danger to society. Answer: Live in Wisconsin. As a Wisconsinite, I find it sickening.
How can he blame the cop and say that hes ruining his life when he is the one that chose to drink and drive?!? People always want to get mad and try to blame the officers like it's their fault that they got caught doing wrong. It's not the officer's fault that you chose to break the law. Take your licks like a man dude!!
Because no one has personal accountability and the cops are always at fault. You never hear someone get a speeding ticket and go “damn I got a speeding ticket because I was going 70 in a 45”. It’s always “fucking pigs couldn’t cut me a break”
@UCpYX8Rh47aDJB-4nsUOsqyg incredibly 95% of the time I've been pulled over I got a warning and let go.. because I didn't act like an entitled bitch, and I hadn't been driving while drinking. Not entirely true, once I got pulled over cause I'd just bought the car and its windows were dark, cop pulled me over at 3am for it. Told him I was driving my buddies home, who were both practically passed out. I asked him for the tool to measure the tint, it came back way illegal so I promised him I'd have it removed and he said ok have a good night. The other time I blew through a stop sign and cop was right there. I asked to take the breathalyzer and blew a .08 twice. Cop respected that and let me go straight home (lived in a trailer park at the time and hadn't made it out of the property) and told me to plead guilty to the stop sign, I said yes sir, and did just that. Taking responsibility goes a long way I think. I haven't driven after drinking in 15 years now and not ever going to again because I'm quite sure I'm lucky I never killed anybody. 30 years ago I'm driving home 6 or so miles and I'm seeing double at 3:30am. Cop sees me alone on the road, did a U turn and follows me for 2 miles. In a way I kind of wish I'd been pulled over but he gave up. Young asshole me thought I won a battle but I deserved a lesson.

To be honest I think a big problem is our justice system the fact people have multiple DUI’s and not enough consequences, puts them Back on the road to get behind a wheel drunk. I just saw a man who got his 9th DUI and killed a woman while he spent the rest of his life in jail. The worst part he killed somebody on his 4 or 5th DUI but got no consequences. I’m Not saying bad people don’t have to be accountable, but so does our justice system for dealing with DUI’s as if they are not a problem
There's a lot of misnomers about DUI arrests. The overwhelming majority are people who haven't really had enough to drink to even be buzzed, but did something like rolled through a stop sign. Where I live, every single traffic stop they will ask you "how much have you had to drink" and the answer is irrelevant. They'll demand you do the FST, and if you refuse, you still have to do the chemical test, even though you were stopped because your tail light was out. One sip of alcohol will show up on any chemical test, and then technically you are "drunk driving". I even know a man who was convicted of DUI for mowing his lawn, on his own gated property, just because he had a few beers at lunch an hour prior. Cops overwhelmingly arrest people on weird technicalities because law enforcement is a business, not a public service.
People caught driving impaired don't realize that when police catch them, its actually a mercy they were stopped before they hurt themselves or another. They're obviously not thinking of others, but they're also not thinking of what it'd be paralyzed or live in pain for the rest of your life due to your own stupidity and irresponsibility. Honestly, by the 2nd DUI, people should NEVER be allowed to drive again. Actually, I think one should be enough. Perhaps install breathalyzers on all cars? I dunno.
NINE TIMES?!?!?! A single person got caught 9 times??? Do you know the chances of getting pulled over when you’re drinking & driving are?? 1 in 3,000!!!! How often was this person drinking & driving to have been the 1 in 3,000 NINE SEPARATE TIMES??? Does he ever drive sober?!?!
Imagine this duded passed the Field sobriety test and the officers says “well man you passed all my test but your still going to jail cause I have warranty for your arrest…” lol
One classic pattern of alcoholics is to have a barely concealed contempt for just about everybody around them. Rather than blame himself for pulling multiple dumb stunts. I knew a guy who was work hard play hard. He bought a 4 by 4 and drove home by way of a power line cut. Not on a public road. If you really want something, there may very well be a plan B.
This excellent strategy has saved me from 11 DUIs, and that’s just in the state of Arkansas! Be sure to obnoxiously and repeatedly ask for the Sgt. too
This brings back memories for me. I got pulled over twice for a DWI and both times I failed the sobriety test. I’m glad I dont drink anymore because that was an experience I’ll never forget. FYI If an officer gives you this test, they already know you’re too intoxicated.
Nope. I was given a sobriety test after failing to signal to him, despite I was sober...I did not drink or take any drugs at all that night. He thankfully did not take in despite he claimed I failed his tests. You can still "fail" sobriety tests even while sober.
In 84, after pounding a few imports after work, I got pulled over on my dirt bike by a rookie county sheriff for a mechanical violation. He ran me through the tests and I passed them all. But he wouldn't kick me loose, cause he could smell it. So he called the highway patrol to and they sent over a crack dui expert, I again passed his tests and he cut me loose. If they would of had a breathalyzer, I woulda been toast. 4 years later I quit drinking, 34 years ago.
I fail them every single time. I have had multiple TBIs (fail the stigmus test as my eyes are shaky constantly), 2 surgeries on my knee and 1 on my hip, 2 surgeries on my back, and nerve damage in my right arm due to 3 surgeries. I have had multiple blood draws due to this as they dont want to listen to me, and my veterans ID is not good enough to justify to them WHY i have so many injuries.
Man this cop is very professional. Treating these people like human beings, everyone makes mistakes and this is inexcusable behavior. But we’re all human.
That officer was awesome... need more lighthearted cops like him. The one time I've been pulled over for registration the cop and I ended up having just a normal talk.
It is not a surprise, the only thing separating them is an "imaginary line". What exactly do you think makes "Americans" different from "Canadians" living in almost exactly the same area? Although what does a Canadian sound like? Does a Newfie sound like someone from Ontario? Does a Quebecois sound the same as a Albertan? Regions have accents, and Wisconsin is the same region as south central Canada, basically. Vermonters have some similar speech patterns with Eastern Canadians, and Vermont has its own "Yankee" accent, but one which most people couldn't tell apart from New Hampshire or Maine rural folk. Of course it is dying out everywhere now. The only reason Canadians don't sound more similar in Quebec is that Quebec already has a very distinct and unique language and culture, so they don't overlap as easily.

@@frankmarano1118 not really. Ive been nice and a complete dick before ended up with the same charges. Evidence matters to the DA.

This guy is just an overgrown kid. He needs professional help. After jail time of course🤦🏻♂️

To be honest I think a big problem is our justice system the fact people have multiple DUI’s and not enough consequences, puts them
Back on the road to get behind a wheel drunk. I just saw a man who got his 9th DUI and killed a woman while he spent the rest of his life in jail. The worst part he killed somebody on his 4 or 5th DUI but got no consequences. I’m
Not saying bad people don’t have to be accountable, but so does our justice system for dealing with DUI’s as if they are not a problem
I dunno.
Don't believe it for a second
I saw that too, it’s sad af
NINE TIMES?!?!?! A single person got caught 9 times??? Do you know the chances of getting pulled over when you’re drinking & driving are?? 1 in 3,000!!!! How often was this person drinking & driving to have been the 1 in 3,000 NINE SEPARATE TIMES??? Does he ever drive sober?!?!
A person should not be able to get 6 DUIs in less than 20 years because of the intermittent prison sentences.

As a Canadian it always amazes me how much people from Wisconsin sound like they’re from Canada. They’re our long lost cousins!
