    Thanks a lot! Good stuff.
    I feel this in my hamstrings but more in my hips, which are very tight.
    Works well in my office - just push back my chair and do a couple of reps (it helps that I have my watch reminding me to stand at least once an hour so I can just do this sometimes as well)
    What about using a towel or some other aid for pulling down if I can't reach under my toes?

      Yes on the towel. Just make sure you continue to challenge your range of motion with the goal of no longer needing to regress the movement.
