One thing that I like to do, after adding colors is, getting a blow dryer and, drying that last layer of paint, so that, when I add my white, it does not get blended in with that last layer and, it does not get absorbed into the shirt too much.
That's one good way. The other is the exact opposite, paint the white while what's underneath is still wet, with high pressure. The white pushes the previous color through the shirt, onto the board, leaving a nice clean bright white line 👌
I'm sorry if this is a dumb question... but are airbrush paints water-based? and if so, what keep them from washing out in the laundry? This logo is awesome by the way. Love your work!!
Not a dumb question! These are water based acrylic paints. I hit them with a heat press (a big iron) at 350°f for 20 seconds, which cures the paint and sets it into the fibers of the shirt
I want to buy me a airbrush set which set would you recomend??? I've never used an air brush gun. But i do draw n have fancy cursev. That i do with pencil and pen..
I would recommend one of the these: The Omni 3000, Vega 2000, or Iwata Neo airbrushes to start with. Airbrushing has a significant learning curve, but that's what I'm making videos to help with 😊
