Oh my goodness I’ve been waiting for this!! I stand all day at work and I can’t tell you how excited I am to do this class tonight! I’ve been practicing with you everyday for a few months now and yoga has changed my life. I’m so grateful for you kassandra, keep up the amazing work, you are an amazing person!!❤️❤️
This felt SO GOOD! I worked at a standing job for two days in a row and then had to do a lot of walking around in the heat this morning. When I got home, my feet were in excruciating pain which radiated up into my legs all the way into my hips. I was in desperate need of this practice, and just 10 minutes in, the pain was gone and I felt wonderfully calm. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is experiencing foot pain or who has been standing/walking for several hours. I have flat feet so my feet are almost always tight or in pain, so this kind of practice is really essential for me. Kassandra, I would love to see you make more practices like this one, maybe of varying lengths. A condensed version of this would be great because then I would be able to sneak it in when I get back from a long day at work.
I really enjoyed this having spent 5 weeks decorating and renovating from 7am till gone 10pm (and later), with zero time for practise, in a bid to sell our home and move to cottage in the countryside. It was a devastating year and my legs and feet are storing all of my emotions. I also just finished your 30 day morning and evening challenges. Didn’t spend the day standing, but I had very sore legs from walking and lifting for yesterday workout. My sore muscles woke my up throughout the night and I finally woke up and did this practice, and it really helped! Thank you!
Holy Moly! Both my ankles popped loudly, several times, when I lifted my legs up in the ankle stretch 😱 felt good though! 😅😂 Loved this class! Thank you Kassandra for all you do.
This was just what I needed! Thanks so much, Kassandra. I was also wondering if you have considered maybe making a video for people with limited spinal mobility. I received a spinal fusion surgery ten years ago to remedy severe scoliosis, so I am unable to round my back, such as in cat and cow poses. You make it easy to find different variations and adjust according to ability, but I was just wondering if making a video for this specific need is something that you would maybe like to pursue!

Could you possible do a flow for feet and ankles? I broke my ankle 10 months ago, PT wasn't seen as necessary by the doc, but I still have stiffness in my toes, which I have been working on daily, but a short video on this would be soooooo welcomed.
