    Head up first or hands up first ? I was told head first but found it very difficult to rise up.

    How come it is so difficult for me to rise up my chest ?

      What I found to make it easier was when my body enters the water, I press my chest down. Then because of the air in the lungs your body will rise naturally and while this happens , use the momentum of rising then do the hand stroke.

    whenever I submerged to inhale, my whole body sink to the bottom so I had to kick 2-3 times to reach the surface? can you help me

      @@rainbowcake1818 What do you mean do the bottom? How deep is the pool? Normaly you get like 30 cm max under the water, and when you raise your head you get closer to the surface , and then you do the hands movement and your head and shoulders get out of the water

      You sink a bit but your body will go up in time for the breath.
