I think that's a fantastic idea - I may just do a section of 'broken' wall where it meets the water down near the log flume, I was thinking I wanted a pirate ship down in that area so that should work well now! You’ve inspired me to re-do some of my RCT 1 parks! This time I’ll use Open RCT2 so I can add block brakes to coasters and other things. I keep forgetting that it’s a game; I could always try again considering the scenery tips you give!

That's a great idea to redo them in OpenRCT2! Block brakes were such a good addition back in the day.
