      Yes, i'm currently using Sysaid. I would like to watch a good tutorial about change management and problem management. I have read all of your forums, but i would like to visualize how they work with incident and request management.

      Actually, it doesn't stand for anything these days. Used to be IT Infrastructure Library, but that was done away with more than 5 years ago. In any case, we know it can be somewhat unclear, which is why we are currently working on a "What Is ITIL?" video - coming soon!!

    Amazing video. I spent the last two years working in Incident Management for Microsoft and now I`m moving to be a Service Assurance Manager for another compnay.     ITIL is pronounced "eye-till", but how is ITSM pronounced? Is it "ITS-em" or "I-T-S-M"?

      Hi Niccolo - Are you referring specifically to SysAid's software? Any software is made of complicated (or not, depending on who you ask ;)) code lines. But for the sysadmins and end users, SysAid is it's completely uncomplicated! You can configure just about anything in SysAid without any coding at all.
