Hi Niccolo - Are you referring specifically to SysAid's software? Any software is made of complicated (or not, depending on who you ask ;)) code lines. But for the sysadmins and end users, SysAid is it's completely uncomplicated! You can configure just about anything in SysAid without any coding at all. Please let us know if we can help with anything.
