I'm new to the field and study. This is the first exam that I have to take for my training program. I am extremely green but passionate for understanding these fundamental concepts. Namaste ITSM is a very broad field and some of the popular frameworks are a) ITIL 4.0 b) MOF 4.0 c) COBIT 2019 d) TOGAF 10 th Edition e) FITSM f) Lean IT g) SRE Any individual who is into service delivery would benefit by exploring all the frameworks and adopting a fusion of multiple frameworks , taking the best of each for the particular implementation For instance for a small scale operation, ITIL 4 may be resource intensive and thus a mix of ITIL 4 and Lean may work better Thanks

I have a question about Incident Management; If an incident must be validated by two or more resolution analysts or two or more areas are involved, it is okay to implement tasks or task flows so that the characters involved in the solution can register their participation.
