Thanks Andrew, I got 83.33% in my exam yesterday. Few of the questions in the exam are exactly similar to this Mock and few were slightly different. I must say this is the most accurate MOCK test. Thank you for the mock exams. I learned yesterday and today and I took ITIL v4 with 83%. I failed in 2021-2022 with 53% because I did not learned so well the last 3 topics (yesterday I found that how important they are because you can score 24-26 ). Now I took 24/26 questions from the last 3 topics and 33/44 as per total.
Just got 80% on my first attempt 🙏🏽 thanks a lot. To anyone worried about this exam: you should be. These practice exams are definitely helpful but the questions on the exam are worded differently. I got 100% on this practice exam before taking the real test and scored 80
Taking the test tomorrow and still nervous about it! I got 32 correct here, but would be more comfortable if I got 38 right! Thanks for the mock exam, appreciate it.

Watched value insights (RUclips) itil 4 videos along with the practice exam videos. The actual exam was not bad at all. It does not try to trick you, which I greatly appreciated.

The wording of ITIL is such garbage. I'm not saying Andrew is at fault, it's all the ITIL study material and sample tests that I have done. The style of these questions short-circuits reasoning and demands you memorize a definition instead of think your way through it.
