    I really needed this video. My cravings for a Snickers is unreal. I am staying strong. If I ate that candy bar, I would feel bad for a few days. This transition would be much easier if I wasn't allergic to eggs.

    Really enjoyed learning from you today. This came just in time, as I started Keto again (third time) yesterday. For me, a 44 y/o mother of 3, addict in long term recovery with a history of depression, Keto and fasting is the ONLY way for me to feel my best. And the weight loss is a major plus, too. Always looking for a better way to eat.
