The plasma flow on the warp engines is so cool. And I'm really impressed with the smaller warp engines on the corners of the main body. I love smaller ships based in the Trek universe.
I thought it was really cool! However, I have a certain admiration for the ships with the disc session and engineering being a little more well defined. I think it's one of the ships with the most beautiful integrated sections that exist (even more than the Constitution and Galaxy class) from the Sovereign and Odyssey-class line. What do you think about creating something with this concept I mentioned, combining these cool modernities of this ship in the video? 🖖🏻😉👍🏻
I kind of preferred version two more because the nacelles are very indicative of Star Trek and that may become a problem if you want this to be it’s own thing down the line,
I know. I was resisting adding the nacelles for this very reason. Adding the nacelles and rear section also greatly increases the interior space that needs to be modeled. I'll be revisiting version two for sure.
@@Monomorphic Good, because your idea for this ship looks and feels very interesting; I love Star Trek and Star Trek influenced sci-fi series and love to see them flourish. Making one myself but in comic form because I ain't got the skills for 3D modelling. So good luck with yours.
Looks very awesome!! As a suggestion, the pulsing red looks a bit repetitive, perhaps a less stark gradient or slower move - or maybe its appearance changing a bit (not a lot, just an additional element to its transitions) based on camera angle rather than just a linear loop might shake it up.
May want to reconsider renaming your ship Horizon. Not only is this a ship of exploration, you may not want to be confused with certain failed Galactic star cruisers.

So familiar, yet so excitingly different..(!)
Good job.
Damn that was really well done.
looks like a natural progression of the dauntless class.
Pretty damn cool looking.
in my headcanon, that's probably what starfleet ships around 2435 look like.
Should work for Star Trek, cause this is awesome.
Traditional but futuristic or modern.
:D
Nice. Digging the tiny warp nacelles on the corners of the delta section.
Sleek design - like a major upgrade to the Voyager class.
Oooooh.... That's an epic concept! Now that's a starship! No STD here! (Cough! Cough! Cough! Discovery.... Cough!) 👍😁
Really well done - looks the business :)
I've checked out a few videos and i'm getting Orville and Star Trek vibes. I love the design of your star ship and it's bridge. You have a new fan!
Thank you for watching and welcome!

Those nacelles look like they've come out of TRON.
That awesome that is what star trek Discovery should look like
Not sure on the cylon eye at the front

AM : 12 47 .....
SELF-SUPPLIED SPACECRAFT ....
Judging by the size of the windows, this ship looks pretty darn small. I’m talking like Defiant or Equinox size.
Looks like a cross between the Orville, and dauntless.
really really like it but without the red constant moving lights. Overkill IMO but man the design is sweet.
the little pricks of light on the "Nacelles" are odd touch but nice.

Agreed. Will need to mess around with the shader a lot more before it's finalized.
I can see this ship being like a 27th to 29th century version of Voyager
Now that's an interesting looking bird. I wonder what the stats on it are.
Nice one 👍
No they have shown star ship's from that time and this ship has only a couple of things about it that star fleet ships have!!!
Waiting for more bro. Still working on this?
Still working every day. I have been concentrating on the bridge the last week. Thanks for watching!
It's too bad LEDs don't really have the power to propel you through space 😢

heres the saucer section...?
also, too many stars detract from ship....
Gonna get sued by Tron :)
looks something stupid like out of "tron". This is like when homor simpson made the car. This is horrible.
