These were some of the best seasons in the premier league's era. The players, the games, the fans, the coaches, the passion everything about this era was amazing. Maybe it's just nostalgia from seeing the images, but one thing is for sure the early to late 00's was the greatest era of football in terms of world class talented players.
Surprised you focused on this season and not 07-08, which arguably was a more exciting season with Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal all coming close to the title, with such vastly different approaches. That was also really the first season of Arsenal's youngsters.
The brief discussions about Fulham make me want a video about Fulham’s 2009-10 Europa League run. One of the most remarkable runs in any European competition, and it would have been so perfect if they won it, but they fell just short

@@WasimKhan-ml2fh the demand is high for it and I think it would be such a nice video considering how intense the rivalry was between Barça and Real, Pep and Mourinho, Messi and Cristiano, MSN and BBC. I wish there was a series on these videos for the PL, Seria A, Ligue 1, and La Liga. Personally, I wouldn't mind any league to be honest, as long as the quality is matched

I'd love to see one of these season in detail videos for the 1992/93 season. Manchester United winning the league after 26 years, Aston Villa and Norwich challenging for the title, the downfall continuing for Liverpool, the emergence of Blackburn under Dalglish and Shearer and, of course, the first season of the Premier League. Even though it still felt like the First Division. We still had terraces at some grounds and money hadn't become obscene, in regards to transfer fees and wages.
Liverpool had a very good chance to win that season. It's a shame that the Liverpool squad from 2007 to 2009 never won any silverware. They were a extremely talented and competitive squad. They also were very dangerous in Europe. A real shame 😔. This squad deserved to win that season.

The Ballon D'or lost all it's credibility when Diego Milito wasn't even nominated in 2010... Diego Milito won 5 trophies with Inter in 2010 (Seria A, Copa Italia, UCL, Club World Cup and Super Copa) . He was arguably their best and most important player during the 2009/10 season. He was Inter's top goal scorer and he scored 30 goals that season (14 more than any other Inter Milan Player) which included 22 in the league and 6 in the UCL. Was 2nd top scorer in Serie A and 3rd top scorer in UCL. Diego Milito scored the only goal in the Copa Italia final against Roma and also scored in the Semi Final against Fiorentina, scored the winning goal in the last match of Serie A that won Inter the league, Milito bagged a brace against FC Bayern in the UCL final and also scored in the round of 16, QF and SF of the UCL against Chelsea, CSKA and Barcelona. He also scored several other decisive goals that season. Despite doing all this, Diego Milito wasn't even nominated for the Ballon D'or in 2010. ( Not even among the top 23 players in the world? )
Agreed. He was clearly a top 5 player that year. Rooney (although not as good a trophy season as Milito but) was PFA player of the year, scored 34 goals in 2009/10 - literally carried United. Wasn't in top 23 as well.
