Never has there been a more perfect encapsulation of 'money cannot buy class.' I think the main takeaway from this is, people lose objectivity as an 'audience.' They forget that these people voluntarily put their hands up to show off their purported 'wealth.' This is entirely performative. People who are truly rich don't do that, they don't want to do that but also because they don't have to do that for any reason.

I think one of the best things I've learned so far in life is that SOME things are worth paying for, while others are better to get a deal on. I crack my husband up every time I get home from the grocery store and show him the receipt with the coupon/sales savings vs full price cost. I will buy a lot of off brand items or wait for things to go on sale, but there are some things that are worth paying for. 🤷♀️

I recently went to an estate sale that was from a wealthy person, who’d had several marriages, travelled the world, and died utterly alone. Estranged from their family, the mansion was as tasteless and garish as could be imagined, with pricey appliances, gizmos and things that were only useful so the owner could brag on the exorbitant price paid. It was sad and pathetic.

I am on my way to wealth and my hope is to never lose touch with the real world and struggles, and to understand happiness is right here and now, if the money comes or goes im good. Compassion, well mannered, and a person who can extend charity without having the notoriety. Honesty and knows truth. There are definitely some cases but grouping these few families as some form of monolith for the rest is inaccurate. And by this logic why is that young, attractive man still single? I think men are smart enough to know who's a gold digger and who actually appreciates them without people from the Internet telling them. I think you're diminishing how attractive men are so you can make an assumption that all women are shallow when most of those men ALSO wouldn't have married those women if they weren't pretty either (most likely more in their youths than now.) I think one of the best things I've learned so far in life is that SOME things are worth paying for, while others are better to get a deal on. I crack my husband up every time I get home from the grocery store and show him the receipt with the coupon/sales savings vs full price cost. I will buy a lot of off brand items or wait for things to go on sale, but there are some things that are worth paying for. 🤷♀️
The saddest part is they're doing this to try and be part of the real upper class who will never accept them. Wherever they go and spend money, there's always that one private room, that one exclusive spot, that one major soirée that that can never belong to.

I recently went to an estate sale that was from a wealthy person, who’d had several marriages, travelled the world, and died utterly alone. All I’ve had is faith my whole life it’s been full of tragedy after tragedy the most recent one 6 months ago my parents dying tragically. One thing money can’t fix is a severe broken heart.
There is nothing wrong with having wealth. It is the character you are as a human being that shows your true wealth. Compassion, well mannered, and a person who can extend charity without having the notoriety. Honesty and knows truth. Unfortunately for many wealthy people they are tainted by the power wealth gives them, their ego becomes inflated, and they tend to think they are above people.

@@GD-xc4wg people having an age difference in marriage is almost never just about money. There are definitely some cases but grouping these few families as some form of monolith for the rest is inaccurate. I personally thought most of those men are quite charming and it makes sense their wealth because they also seem smart to make the business moves they make. And by this logic why is that young, attractive man still single?
I think men are smart enough to know who's a gold digger and who actually appreciates them without people from the Internet telling them. I think you're diminishing how attractive men are so you can make an assumption that all women are shallow when most of those men ALSO wouldn't have married those women if they weren't pretty either (most likely more in their youths than now.) To make that much money you have to be smart, talented, and maybe even lucky which are all qualities that every human is attracted to lol. Those two young men KNOW women can only want them for their money so they choose to wait and what better time to get married with all that wealth than in your 60's when you know the looks fade and people will love your personality more.
@@barikareese its their problem but I still think the same way. I live enough and saw enough things in my life to know money IS a big deal. All that matters is their honnesty and that only God knows. What you see on this show is the showing off the $$$ which really is not what is more important in life even if having some is needed
