Easiest thing in the world, eat food closest to nature (eggs, apples, beef, chicken, fish, cook for yourself. Stay away from man made/processed so called food and go workout at least 3 times+ per week. A gym is not required, go for a walk. Drink whole milk, water, tea, coffee with or without organic creamer, no sugar or sweeteners. Get off yer behinds and move that body. Watching TV, RUclips for hours won't do it.
What amazes me time and time again is the way Max listens to his guest talking about subjects he is so knowledgeable about with such fresh interest. In turn, his guests are always willing to share their insights. Lovely conversation with so many healthy tips to takeaway!

I read Genius foods about a year and a half a go and have since been more selective of foods, but to Joey's point it's important to remember everything is a balance in life and sometimes taking time to enjoy food (or "cheat") is just as important
I live in Germany and they are strange with services like Netflix. I did not get any results typing in "Cuba". Are there any more details available so that I can try to find out if it streams somewhere else which is accessible? Or is it actually the one called Havana Libre?
His advice is too complex.... Cannot be asked. I dont count calories and lose weight easily on high fat..meat...dairy and eggs and butter on two meals a day.
I love you Max but I dont have time to listen to an entire podcast to get the answer on how to burn fat....is there a cliffs notes or timestamp somewhere? I buy your books and subscribe to your content but this mama is high on stress and low on time.

I dont eat until 2 or 3 and I have loads of energy at 54 years young on the carnivore diet.
