    Newbie here and weight has stayed the same for about 2 months. Very discouraging but noticing the strength increases, estimated VO2 max increases, and rough body comp increases in lean mass with decreasing fat. Hang in there to everyone else getting started! That weight number may not change at first, but the more muscle you gain, the more calories you'll be burning and you're getting close to noticing a weight change.

    • @Orang3_fatty24
      @Orang3_fatty24 9 месяцев назад +2

      You’re going to look back on this and be so grateful you stuck with the course and measured by strength and how you feel. The fat will come off eventually, and you won’t lose a fraction of the muscle everyone else does when they just crash diet and lose a ton of “weight”. Keep killing it man👊🏻

      Do you mean the body fat percentage? That is the percentage of someone's total mass that is fat. The Body Mass Index (BMI) is a person's weight in kilograms (or pounds) divided by the square of height in meters (or feet). A fat guy and a bodybuilder could have the same bmi but different body fat percentages.

    It’s basically impossible to get fat eating whole foods.
    That’s why it’s so important to cut out all processed stuff- our bodies aren’t built for it.
    You can eat 8 chicken breasts, fruit, veggies, ect. - and not surpass 2,000 calories.
    It’s not about eating less- it’s about eating more, pounds of food, that have less calories
    since God only put like… 5 calories into all fruits and veggies. Only 200 calories in chicken.
