Whyyyyy Max doesn’t introduce his guests ever?! I know it’s a podcast, but if it’s being posted on RUclips later on, an introduction of the guest is necessary imo. So please Max, take a note!

Women’s muscles are anatomically, structured, completely different from a males so we could never bulk up because of our anatomy. Also more muscle means more fat burn because muscle added helps to burn more fat. Weight training also reduces the risk of osteoporosis for women.

Culture guides our food choices. I cannot face American or English breakfasts but can do trad Japanese Korean Indian Chinese and Taiwanese breakfasts. The european ones i can do is steel cut oats with fruit and plain yogurt or the german/ scandinavian because of the fish cheese rye. The worst breakfasts for me are either high in carbs or eggs as i am senstive to egg protein and feel off if i have a sugar spike.

It's always annoying when people put earth above humans. Industry always harms people. It's best for us to live in a community versus industrial city. I believe real food is best and grown by yourself or a neighbor.😊

I think you miss the point with avoiding foods with a known inexcusable level of cruelty behind the scenes .. it's called having a heart .. and because of people like you being triggered by that, I don't mention what I am doing or why .. do your own thing .. no comment ... OK I made this comment before you elaborated about ethical meat acquisition .. I would consider that on a small scale if I could easily find a clean ethical, sustainable source, particularly fish .. it is unfortunately difficult
