So great to see he's at peace with himself, compared to a few years ago. Took serious willpower and clarity of thought to realise he could express himself musically without the need for drugs.

he already quit. he confirmed it on his blog/webpage. Regardless whether or not he is in the chili peppers, his fans will always support him and same for the rest of the chili peppers. I'm sure that most people who were exposed to the chilis have be opened up to an honest piece of music so cheers to whatever path they decide to take will be inetersting.

hoe iets simpel toch zo mooi kan zijn. gewoon alleen al zijn stem is om de tranen in de ogen te krijgen. voor mij is en zal hij altijd de mooiste artiest ooit zijn. hij brengt liedjes als geen ander en je voelt hoe hij zijn liefde voor muziek uistraalt over het publiek.

I have a lot of friends that says that he is not a great player just baceuse he is not used to make fast solos like others, but he plays with the soul.
I starting learning guitar now, and one thing that i will try to cover from John is the way to feel the music.

It's sad to know that the person who wrote this song died at the age of 33, she was so young, but it's great that John is covering it, because he can sing any song in a way almost no one else can and make it wonderful :)
