John Frusciante is a living legend, not only because his guitar work is filled and driven by intense emotion, but because he acknowledges that he is just a guy with a guitar. He is one of the must humble people you will ever meet. He admits he makes mistakes (rare I know). He breaks strings on stage, forgets to turn off his wah pedal, plays a wrong note, but he keeps playing through it all. Truly an ageless inspiration. Legendary.

4:58 high e string breaks, whic he uses a lot but he keeps playing as if nothing happened and still puts out a great solo, if you were there you probably wouldn't even have noticed it, seriously, he's the best, period.

John Frusciante = Lazarus . . . how he rose from the dead off his near death 'state' when he was hooked on junk...and when he arose - the magic in his hands = became more powerful than ever before - - - EPIC & LEGENDARY. . . now....

the reason he's so good is because he's totally in touch with his spirituality. his creativity flows directly from the source and his ego doesn't have any place in the process so the music that comes out is just pure beauty. some people refer to this as "the zone". john frusciante IS the motherfuckin zone, he lives it

that baseline from chorzow final jam is fucking fleagasmic. not to mention jf painting a solid guitar part over top. but if you notice, john chills out at the beginning so he doesnt overshadow that ridiculous baseline.

It's lovely to see john frusciante play, and it is for the simple fact that he does not care how many people there in front, there is no order, nor does it to earn more money. He does it because that's what loves to do what he did and he does live on, feel the music to infinite limits, as he said in his own words, he is just another instrument that conveys what nature tells him. It may be too exaggerated and even religious, but I can assure you I feel something touch him. I can not explain it.

About 4:58, John frusciante is a very good guitarist, and every guitarist should know about their arsenal of tricks, and the number one thing is a stage string break, John is so good, that he didnt need the broken string to finish solo, he is completely great at guitar improv, and he is a wonderful guitarist.
