😮🎉 Damn... Thanks a lot... It's just slightly, but I really feel the difference after doing this video for a bit ... I hope continuous repeat, after today could really yield... 🙏
I have been following your exercises but so regularly. How many times in a day should we do them? What exercises we should not do is something I would like to know.
@E3Rehab Yeah you said at the end that the point of the exercises is to break up repetitive tasks. Do they have any other specific benefit, or is it just fluff movement to trick the person into taking a movement break?
ive been waking up with numbness and pain and tingling for weeks now. this feels so good. thank you.
Thank you

I have suffered from carpal tunnel for 20 years.
This helps durring the excersis but relief end immediately after.
I have th same problem can you please suggest some solution
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I'm getting a shot tomorrow for it 😬
Will also start doing these exercises.
.
Excellent .i used to check phalens test positive then teach tendon gliding exercises ...now i can indulge it
I felt some clicks on my neck when doing the second movement, but only when I raised my left hand, not my right hand. Is that okay?
The nerve glide causes pain and tingling down my arm to my hand. What could this be?
Is it fixed? If so how long did it take for it to go away
@@joeybeast7729 went away for a month but has come back again.
What’s a tendon glide going to do except put more pressure on carpal tunnel with wrist flexed position?
You're worried about someone making a fist with their wrist in a neutral position? Use some clinical reasoning.
@@E3Rehab not necessarily worried about worsening, but whats the benefit?
@@E3Rehab not trying to hate, I appreciate everyone’s opinion, just curious

@@sukitrebek in my opinion the nerve glide is something physios get taught which can help, however the evidence behind this is poor
I can't even fully close my fist 😅 My Dr didn't seem concerned, but I feel like that's not a normal carpel tunnel symptom?
I'm 15 and can't move my wrist like you can could excessive gaming really cause this?
What if I can’t bend my wrist bc it hurts to do so??
Thanks for not padding with lots of blah blah -- most of these videos do.
All not working!
Not helping
it takes months, ur comment was a month ago, so you probably still have it.
