Simply moving the dish a few feet will not make a tangible difference. Now, ground level to the top of a high rise would, a little bit, but you'd need software to see the difference.
A satellite moving faster than the speed of sound will inherently cause differences in distances between Satellite and ground-based dish on a large scale. It is rather humorous to think that moving a dish from ground level to the top of a building is going to make much of a difference. Remember... the sats are zipping by. The distance between any given sat and your dish fluctuates wildly, as will the mbps and latency. Overall, the service will be much better than GEO located sats like Hughesnet and Viasat.

Thanks for sharing this.
He doesnt own Starlink obviously
Negligible in each case.

This whole video is mount on top of a 1
100 floor building total waste of time useless
He said satellites are 340 miles away HOW CAN 15 FEET HIGHER ON YOUR ROOF HELP thats 1/10 of .01 % closer???.
Even 50 mbps on my pc would be amazing I get like 2-13 mbps on a good day
I'm assuming you don't have Starlink...?
@@Jose-cd1mc no I have it 💀
@@notsuoh7233 Bro, that's too low. Do you have best effort or residential? Any obstructions?
@@Jose-cd1mc residential, idk what’s going on with it. We live in the sticks but we have a clear view of the sky, idk if the trees are affecting it.
@@notsuoh7233 yeah, something isn't right, you should be getting higher speeds than that.
starlink has a satelitte geo station over St LOuis
Starlink customer service sucks and this in about the worst informational vid on starlink i have ever see lol
Useless
Pathetic video!
