The adverserial system has huge flaws. Various inquirial systems work to overcome these flaws. Combined with a rehabiltion system replacing the penal system, jurisdictions taking this approach see very low and recidivism rates.

The adverserial system has huge flaws. Various inquirial systems work to overcome these flaws. Combined with a rehabiltion system replacing the penal system, jurisdictions taking this approach see very low and recidivism rates.

So many years lost! Hope he won't be dissapointed about how the world now has changed. How could this happen!? 😢Shows that this is a good man! Polite, humble, real... Hope he finds a real good woman he can have children with, if he wants... And good friends and that he gets enough money from the state, to be safe and wealthy the rest of hes life! He looks very handsome and young for hes age, not that that's what matters, but I had to say... 😉🙃! Also hope if he's looking for a girlfriend ( or boyfriend, if gay, who knows), that he finds a cind, real good person, not a gold digger! This man have been through enough..
