wrongful convictions should cost the state 1 million per year . Pay the man $39 million for each year he was forced to spend in prison. Not only that, send the crooked prosecutors for 39 years in prison.

This is why I am anti death penalty. We have, as a nation, put innocent people to death. Look up the case in Texas about the man who allegedly burned his house down with his children inside. He's now dead and he was definitely innocent. There is a movie about it. Tragic.

I believe death sentences should be for the ones who we know without a doubt committed horrible murders. But my stance on the death penalty is changing slowly. If not a death sentence, then life with reoccurring forensic investigations every year to try and prove innocence, even for the truly convicted killers to be fair.
