Sean J 39 years of lock down with laced prison food can break the beast mode in a man, either that or man eventually loose the vexation, accept their fate and just mellow naturally with time
well said Don, many learn faith inside. That doesn't necessarily mean religion but if you are to use religion loosely to cover being at peace with your existence then religion it is. You let go of what you cannot control, accept what IS, because what IS is all there every is and ever has been, is the now.
Bag Dad for real
@@MrHozzam dont get angry at what had no result from any wrong youd didnt do. just accept it, that is wisdom or better put, just plain dum. dont fight back, that gets us scared. we want to commend you for accepting our abuse with no revenge, so we can keep doing it, as you have for hundreds of years.
This is nothing but the grace of God, I don't know how this man is this calm but he is my new hero. The punishment for those who have put this man there God will deal with vengeance. This is just pure evil, and I am not shocked for were living in the last days of Babylon. There will be many who will pay for the torture, and the evil others make no mistake. For our Lord and Savor your habesha is already here. This is a shame to do this to a man..these people who done this are not human
watching this annoying me. 39 YEARS? his whole life gone down the drain. I wld of sued the state
Right
He did and got 18.75 million after taxes
@@rajamustafa2499 nice
Raja Mustafa wait, for real? Link the source/video please?
Maybe you "shld of" stayed in school
imagine the amount of inoccent people who were put to death.
$2M for 39 years in prison!! That is barely enough compensation for even five years in prison.
Yeah. I seen someone get 700 for 15 years. A white man. Life sucks for some people.
Swamp Donkey In 1975 a young black man in America probably couldn’t afford a decent lawyer !!! My heart bleeds for this man , but his attitude and forgiveness makes him one in a million . This is what a true man is .
how can you give a person 39 years of their life back??? You cant, no amount of money or apologies can take back the life they wasted
Your one chance at life, stolen on a lie.
He did not waste his life. He was robbed. What he did with the leftovers is awesome.
Nothing Won't ever Replace the 39 Years of this Man's life.
Such unbelievable class. I'm glad to see an innocent man keep his dignity after so long.
Such an inspirational man. I wish him the best!
“As I walked out the door toward the gate that would lead to my freedom, I knew if I didn't leave my bitterness and hatred behind, I'd still be in prison.”
― Nelson Mandela
yeh they dont let people who fight for righteousness out, it is dangerous. evil does not want dangerous people who fight against evil out there doing something about all the injustice, they want complacent little slaves.
God is good.brother you deserve to be free.. the truth allways come out...God bless you and your family
what an honorable man! his words make me weep a little
He seems to be an intelligent and emotionally mature man
I cannot stop crying. Forgiveness was the best thing to do.
There is a lot of lessons to be learned from this man !!! My GOD bless his soul 😇
GOD BLESS u
I cannot retrieve the right words to express my great respect for this man! I hope his future life will be full of peace and happiness!
What an incredible man! I hope he is now receiving all he deserves. God bless him for ever!
Send the jury and the judge to jail for wrongful imprisonment.
Yeeesss 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Warren Lilly ib
Exactly
a 12 yr old boy lied ...reason sent to prison.
No amount of money will give him his years back!... But 50 mill is at least a start!
That poor man. 39 yrs wasted. 4 decades. In no way can can they repay for time, life, freedom.
Congratulation. Love the rest of your life to the fullest. Enjoy every second.
Respect to this man. Can't believe the positivity he uses to face this situation. I would be burning with hatred if I was him. What about the Cops who got him into jail? Are they still alive and are they facing any prosecution? And is he getting paid any compensation? He should be given millions of dollars in my book.
Ari Gold money can’t buy time back in life.
cops don't put people to jail
Gosh this makes me so sad. This guy seems very intelligent and just a genuine humble man. The way he spoke to interviewers and how he said he holds no grunges towards the wrongful people is truly a sign of a heartful and understanding man. Just wow... I really do hope he can fully live his life now. It is heartwarming to see the look of complete happiness he finally steps outside
He brought tears to my eyes. God bless him! May he have a long, happy and healthy life.
I am glad you are free. You are a brave and positive man. Criminal justice in united states needs to be reformed. God bless you gentleman. I am sorry for your suffering.
if time is money they owe him a unpayable amount of money....
do something wrong and sue, money makes it alright. materialist white man. time is money everything is money -people in prison are money to the cops, judges, lawyers parole, guards, social workers, injustice is big business. you dont have to be bad to be a cash cow
Just give him the VISA of the government funds. Whatever he needs. And he can live at my home whenever he needs also! :D
My son is currently 12. I can't believe they convicted 3 men based on the testimony of one 12 year old kid. What was the jury thinking? Love to see joy in this man's face. His forgiving attitude is divine! God bless him.
The kid that lied should be made to live the rest of his life in prison.
it surprised me that this could happened in the Usa ,a country that is supposed to be developed and a country of the first world, just becasue a child of 12 said " yes it was him" ,the justice is not serious ,seems to be a joke
I agree with all the commenters about the man being compensated for the rest of his life. He was robbed of a huge chunk of his life.
The State should pay compensation in the tens of millions of dollars for robbing 39 to 40 years of his life and the jury and judge and prosecutor should go to jail, that is if they are still around.
Ricky Jackson will walk away with $2.65 million dollars from his case filed in the Ohio Court of Claims. This is nothing! Granted there is no value you can place on a persons freedom but the amount of money from the state is an insult. It's not even close to the penalty the state should pay for wrongfully taking someone freedom away an locking him up like he was some kind of animal. I agree with the other commentator. $1M for every year he spent behind bars. This man should never have to work a day in his life after the nightmare he/family was put thorough. He certainly showed more restrain that I would have had this been me. lol!
When he walked out of the building i burst into tears 😪 I really felt that
He deserves 38 million dollars. He still got screwed out of his whole life.
This was so wrong if it could happen to him it could happen to you?
Bane Tamaguchi ur lucky then the US is evil and the powers that be serve Satan but this is true of most places
*Unless you have the complexion for the protection...*
When he took that deep breath outside the court house it brought tears to my eyes.the Creator is mighty.hope life has gone well for him,the former 12 year old and all who has helped this innocent man.
Black man will forgive his jailers, he dont hate him , he forgives him lol
annoys me tho. 39 years man , damn
@Midnightrambler3760 Well, because he is a black man and the white judges knew that 39years before, So today i am not bothered about the man who did 36years, but I am more concerned about the hands that makes the decision, of course i have to be cautious about skin colour too, though i am not a racist.
Midnightrambler3760 come on let’s be real. Statistically he would most likely not be prosecuted for 39 years over a black 12 year old.
Do you have any comment on Michael Morton [25 years] or Michael Lloyd Self [life], @@clinton77ful?
@@googeleioguy No sir, I am only concerned about the black man.
This shows Judah has amazing strength no matter what Esau throws at him. ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Eye On you was Michael Hanline Judah too? Nonsense. Seek the real Jesus. The messiah. Holy God.
He has a lot of catching up to do with the technology
what's an iPhone
XxX_ _XxX i don’t believe he wants to spend left years on a stupid iPhone while his family haven’t seen him and spend time with him. Lol
So this is what it looks like to survive a level of hell... I salute you my brethren, as u know it's more hell to go thro... Thx u for never giving up, you've never stopped believing in our Lord God, and u stood on on His word... I again salute you... Shalawam
God bless this man and the best attorneys that fought for Justice...love this intelligent brother. Blood bleeds deep
Unfortunately there's no many people like him who's in prison fir something they didn't do!
So happy you free man
"... as long as it's not prison food."
LMAO! Good answer.
39 years lmao it's not a joke .
His life 70 percent is over
Imagine you in there for nearly 40 years
Not crying
No hatred
Just smiling and being thankful even its almost half of his life that he spend behind that cell.
To me, that's a man with a pure soul. God bless 🙏
This makes me want to give him a huge and help him reconnect with society. Hopefully he got something to compensate for his loss. I mean this is really just sad. He will never get back those 39 years and imagine if he was executed.
I hope he can get a job and make something out of himself.
He was compensated a little over a million.
What a dignified man
not nearly enough to make up for 39 years of life
get to reality- ever try getting a job with a felony record?? dumfuck you are.
HE DON'T NEED A JOB HE WORKS FOR JESUS CHRIST NOW.!!!!
BUT GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR WELL WISHES FOR HIM
He might be one of the strongest willed and highest character individuals I've witnessed. What a brave man, who even with life's circumstances came through and held steadfast. He even left as a humble man, and that's something that takes so much character. What a role model.
takes so much character to not value your own worth and after being treated so badly for no good reason, just feel not so much better than the evil fucks who screwed you. be humble and let us get away without consequences
Ricky Jackson - what an amazing Man! Such intelligence, such eloquence, such grace!
The prosecutor, judge and jury should be locked up for wrongful convictions.
Why can the judge sign a warrent for the arrest of the people that wrongfully convicted hi.?
This breaks my heart......he looks great. God bless him and his family
God love him he still won’t be safe can be arrested out walking sitting on a park bench coming out of a shop What a gentleman
Shed a tear watching this, make me wonder how many more brothers & sisters are going through this... 😪
Fuckin shame
Far too many unfortunately far too many it's a very sad story he's an amazing man first person I thought of watching this Kamala Harris how many brothers and sisters did she put away and by the way my mom taught me not to see color in people and she would probably be ashamed of me to say this but I'm a white man
ruclips.net/video/BRYUi-8WEi0/видео.html
Many, PARobb, and many more died inside... suffering, waiting and hoping... God sees the tears of your heart, young man, which is..,”I was in prison and you visited me”. He will answer your prayers with a special dispensation!!!
Dam I'm not even 40 yet and this man spent more than my life in prison.
That's deep
Wow! Ricky Jackson! His face should be on billboards! And his precious humble words that he said “Just because you’re in prison doesn’t make you a prisoner but you gotta be a man”
Thank you Ricky, many people are in prison emotionally due to childhood traumas (including myself) but hey! Like you say my friend (just like you were innocent, so am I innnocent, years of flashbacks, trauma, fears etc etc)
But still keeping my sanity and dignity, I hold no grudges through Gods amazing grace, and the power of forgiveness I am free) your words of wisdom are amazing! You are amazing, a man of humbleness, gentleness, a man we all want to become like. God bless you and keep you, may his face for ever be upon you!
We gotta be a man/woman!
Thanks Ricky💙
I really hope this man and others of his kind gets to fully enjoy the rest of their lives here on earth, and when they die, go straight to heaven.
The government owes this man dearly.
it seem a bit ridiculous that a murder case would hinge on the testimony of a 12 year old.
They been doin black ppl like this forever....
Plantations to prisons.
@All in The Game there are almost 350,000,000 people in america. Of course thousands of innocent white people are going to be wrongfully prosecuted. But it has always been a system that disproportionately wrongs black men, ESPECIALLY in the 70s
"Finally!" is what I say after waiting 10min for my friends. He waitet 39years for it
applaud to his lawyers
there are alot of innocnet people in jail.
imagine getting life in jail for nothing
