    I get the "gimme a break" part of it but I do like the Captain was reinforcing the aspect of "Having centerline pride" when taxiing. My instructors busted my butt about that too and it's second nature now.

    When they say "V1", hand off the thrust levers so you don't accidently abort, because you're committed at that point on taking off

    You looked like a kid with a new toy, these longer videos are better, from the last video I could hear both of you talking , not as bad from the tower, great video, from Scotland.

    why VS the climb instead of FLC? set alt 19000, FLC, set/confirm speed to Vy (i think 220 was said), climb detent.
    unless you're VFR and are maneuvering for traffic, i'd consider setting the VS and trying to monitor the IAS and VS extra work, especially single pilot. i understand that manual knob rotations on that frequency is a preference thing but between VSing and rotating knobs, all i see is G3000 inefficiencies.

    Watching your concentration was INTENCE because I know you waited a long time for that day.

    How did you like/not like the pedestal yoke vs side stick/traditional yokes?

    • @golfcoastpilot
      @golfcoastpilot  6 месяцев назад +2

      Very similar controllability. Side stick is still my favorite.

      Agreed, but I was more interested in the way you feel like the pedestal was in or not in the was, specifically for a non-pilot sitting on the copilot seat….
      BTW:
      Jealous of where you’re at and who’s around you!!!

    Tell me the net worth to afford to buy and is there an income I could make buy renting it. Assuming I can fly it. I’m ifr rated 2200 hours in a kingair.

    • @golfcoastpilot
      @golfcoastpilot  5 месяцев назад

      It would be difficult to make money renting it, but you could definitely cut some costs.
