My Nama arrived August 8th 2024 and IMMEDIATELY used it and was disappointed because it didn't get as much juice from the veggies as my old school juicer did and I was going to send it back the next day for a refund. I didn't see a big difference BUT my friend suggested that I try again with fresher veggies, so the next morning I went to the grocery store and bought new veggies and only washed the ones I was going to juice right then and OMG, this thing is AMAZING. The trick is to only wash the veggies that you intend to use right then because they will start dehydrating sooner and you won't get no where near as much juice. I used the same amt of veggies that I normally do with my other juicer and I got 1/4 more than normal. The pulp IS TOTALLY dry. The clean up was about the same as the regular juicer. I had $480.00 worth of points on my credit card so it was almost free. I give this an A+.

For y’all saying it’s easy to clean, do you have to pull all these parts apart every time? I feel like I’m going to forget one. Is it fairly intuitive?
Hi there, we suggest hand washing all of the parts right after juicing! Each piece is easily accessible for cleaning, and we add in a cleaning brush to make it even easier.
Hey man, We got our J2 a month ago and it is hands down the best decision for juicer we made. We watched lot of videos on YT and somehow got across J2 and watched series of video and it is right. The pulp are close to fully dry and parts are very easy to clean. Literally less than 5 minutes for sure.
The juicer is compact enough to be able to sit under your kitchen counter beautifully with its sleek design! Cleaning is easy and takes about 3 to 4 minutes to clean with warm, soapy water.
Just got mu Nama J2. Love the machine. But!!!! I opened the juicer to clean it, and the green silicone piece slipped off, and unfortunately, when down the drain. I'm 7 days into. 90-day juice fast. How can I get a replacement? How long will it take to ship?
Hi there, we have tested turmeric on our juicer, and it does scrub off easily right after juicing. Many of our customers love Bar Keepers Friend to clean with as well!
Hello! We recommend a deep clean for your juicer. You can soak it in vinegar and baking soda (2:1) overnight and scrub the next day. Make sure you are using soap and scrubbing immediately after juicing and hand drying to remove any remaining residue from your produce! Please reach out via email to support@namawell.com if you have any further questions, we're here to help!
The website says this for a deep clean: Add citric acid (100g) and baking soda (100g) into the water and soak overnight. Follow the 1:1 ratio. This video says: warm water + 3.5oz baking soda, or equal part warm water + vinegar So what is the official recommend from these three options?
Hi Jason! You can start by soaking all parts in water + vinegar, and if there is still some residue left, try soaking in citric acid instead. Hope this helps!

After juicing, as a way of cleaning, can you "juice" some water with a bit of soap in it, so it goes through the system and gives it an initial clean ?

Hi there, yes, but be sure to follow a 1:1 ratio with baking soda and water! You can follow these steps for a deeper clean for your juicer: 1.
