I just received my new Nama J2 Cold Press Juicer. An amazing machine, for sure. I love it. Juice in no time and so easy to clean! It's worth the money!
I gotta buy one
My husband offers me this juicer. I can wait to try this😊
So exciting!! We can't wait for you to try out this delicious recipe 💚
Try to make easy clean machines, with dryest pulp, max yield etc. Nice vid.
I usually remove the skin before blending in other devices I’ve used. Will the J2 produce better milk if you remove the skins?
Hello, we typically leave it on but soak the nuts for at least 6-8 hours! It makes delicious, creamy milk!
Can I use coconut pulp instead? What about seeds, like sesame for example?
Hello, yes you can make coconut milk with our juicer! Not sure about sesame seeds but if you send us an email at support@namawell.com we can as our product team for you!
Which filter should I use for the almond milk? The auger keeps getting jammed when I try to make almond milk in my J2.
Hi there, it is all based on preference on the consistency of the milk you would like. If you would like a thicker consistency, you can use the smoothie strainer. If you would like a thinner consistency, use the fine mesh juice strainer. Also, ensure that you are soaking your almonds for at least 6-8 hours. Before putting the almonds in the J2, make sure you turn it on and feed the almonds through the top. If you need any further assistance, feel free to email our customer service team support@namawell.com.
Hi nama i have plant powder Protein. Basically, it's pumpkin seed powder... can i add that powder to the mix during or after to make a more protein enriched drink.
Hi! Yes, feel free to add the protein powder of your choice to your fresh juice for a boost of protein! We recommend stirring after juicing and adjusting the ratio of protein powder to juice according to your liking. Hope this helps! Please feel free to DM us with any further questions!
I want to ask this question is it only almond nuts you are allow to make in this £600.00 Nama J2 juicer.? what about other nuts ?
Hi there, you can make any kind of plant based milk in the juicer - almond, cashew, oat, hazelnut, etc. Be sure to soak them prior to adding into the juicer!
Can in blend Frozon fruite in also make smoothie bowls in nut butters ??
It
Yes it can. They have an extra strainer which is the smoothie strainer; Specifically for smoothies
My almond milk separates ..i soak almonds for 4-6 hrs.
Please let me know anything you would suggest from the milk not to separate.
Hi! We suggest a few things. First, try soaking the nuts for 8 hours or overnight. It is normal for the milk to separate as there are no additives. Just mix/shake it up for drinking! Enjoy.
Yes, it will separate, just give it stir before you use it.
Do you let them soak in the refrigerator or do u leave them out?
Hi there! Almonds can soak on the counter unrefrigerated for 8-12 hours, but feel free to soak them in the refrigerator if you wish, it all comes down to personal preference. Hope this helps, and please reach out with any further questions! :)
@@Namawell This really helps. Thank you
I was hoping to use J2 for milk making but I’m disappointed at the low milk output for two cups of nuts. Almond Cow produces twice as much milk using half the nuts
Hello! What kind of nuts did you use and how much water? It can depend on the recipe. Our recipe is quite conservative with the amount of water added with the 1:1 nut to water ratio. To get that store bought texture, 1:2/3 may be better. The more water you add in the more output you'll get. Our juicer does offer a slow juicing process, which better preserves the nutrients in the nuts.
For further information, please contact us at support@namawell.com :)
@@Namawell 2:2 nuts to water ration as per Nama’s recipe directions
@@thecleanveganista Depending on the thickness of the milk you like, feel free to add more water to receive more output. We can also help you further through our email, support@namawell.com 🙂
I use 4 cups water to 1 cup almonds and it is plenty rich. At least that is how I make it with the blender/nut bag. I will try it in my 5800 Nama.
Raw almonds?
Hi! Yes, we recommend using raw, soaked almonds when making almond milk in the J2 :)
That's a lot of almonds for so little milk. How many calories are actually in the milk?
Hi there, you can change up the ratio depending on if you like a more creamy nut milk and a thinner consistency 🙂
I've tried making almond milk with my J2 according to this recipe, but have noticed a large amount of pulp/mush that comes out. I usually strain it out but noticed there's a lot more to deal with when I make nut milk as opposed to my regular green juice. Is this normal ?
Hi there, some pulp is normal and healthy for you! Please soak your almonds for at least 6 to 8 hours prior to juicing! If you are still having trouble, you can email our customer service team support@namawell.com
How about 1 liters worth ?
@@hvcool It would depend on how much you are juicing. Please send an email to our customer service team, so they can help troubleshoot efficiently!
Do you have to pour the almond and water little by little? Can I just open the lid and dump them all in?
@@great2bliving Yes, I poured it little by little. It works better this way than all at once.
Proven that both machines do the same
With everything rising so high in cost, with people barely able to put food on the table, $550.00 for your juicer even with a code, is too expensive. No thanks.
Hello, we also offer interest free 3 and 6 month payment plan options through affirm. Simply select affirm as your payment method at checkout 💚
@@Namawell Thank you for your reply, but still, no thanks.
Did this in my Nama and didn’t like it after 3 days it separated the liquid from the almonds i rather just buy almond milk from the stores its not that expensive.
Do you like the J2 in general?
@@Tyangeluv im happy with the original Nama the j2 is more cleaning its bigger takes more counter space or even the nutri bullet slow juicer is actually really good we know they changed the smoothie world!!
Hello Alex! We suggest soaking your almonds for 8+ hours to reduce the separation!
It is natural for it to separate, just stir it.
@@lucybates8078 exactly. separation is a non - issue
