      Better yet most of the time they say it first and then add "no disrespect".

      I hate it when my brother says “with all due respect”. He learned this as a high-level consultant. It’s very insulting, Might as well say you don’t deserve respect.

      @@MajorIllustration it's actually a great phrase it doesn't imply respect it means you can have any respect that is due.. and if there isn't any then you get nothing!

      @@rechitsapivo It’s one thing to use it at work, it’s another thing to use it regularly with your sister and mom in normal non-competitive language. He also used “regards” to sign off. It’s been two years since he’s retired and he’s starting to get away from that.
