No. If he purchased it with his own money or they sent it to him to review without any contact or money exchanged to expect a positive review, they have no grounds. If they were to win it would set a very bad precedent

We don’t have to agree with people opinions but this concept that you can silence and destroy the lives of anyone who thinks differently than you or speaks negatively about you is absurd and scary.

T2 took down the last RE3 & REVC repos due to the fact that the code isn’t clean room reversed engineered. The original group who released the code just used Ghidra on the release builds (from the ISOs of the PS2 games) due to them accidentally having debug symbols in it

But if someone is charging 15 grand for _a digital-to-analog converter,_ I doubt they're particularly concerned with ethics... so it makes sense that they'd sue over an unfavorable review. At that price level, the company probably considers any form of empirical measurement to be a threat.
Only game I want to play on PC is Bloodborne. Sony don't want my money so Shadps4 will have to do. I hope it's playable before Sony gets around to releasing a PC version.

Maybe in half a year or so we might start getting ingame on these big hitters that's when PS4 emulation will truly start taking off, looking forward to that. All that DCS are actually doing here is showing that they are not worth purchasing from. So self destructive. They could always post a video demonstrating what they find so wrong. So I definitely still think it's overpriced. But it actually can run more than GB games. You can install extra cores for stuff like tg16 and the Snes.
