absurd call. maybe if it was 4th and short, but it was 4th and 10, deep in their own zone, game is still close, and you run and play that takes the runner 14 yards behind the line of scrimmage, back to his own 10 yard line, where he now has to advance 24 yards to get the first down. just a stupid gamble.

Ultimately I feel like if Mclaurin doesn’t make that play it changes the complexion of the game. Good to see Alex Smith start to get into a rhythm again. I’ll always be rooting for him (as a Chiefs fan), hoping he has some sort of success post-season. He’s such a good man and has shown that nothing will stop him.
He’s still a little nervous in the pocket. His feet are choppy and his “feeling” of pressure is still a little premature, but it’s understandable. I’m excited to see him grow again.
They should have stayed with jason Garrett. 8-8 would have been more than enough for the division win.

Need to improve the O-Line and it should give Alex a leg up in the pocket. Give him more time to make reads. He is a hell of a veteran but he's also not as young as he used to be so the pocket collapses too quickly forcing him to scramble alot and he does better with time

well ya have to consider..this is the first time the Redskins have swept the series since 2012 and this is only Washington's 5th win over Dallas since 2012. Nobody saw that coming and Dallas has swept redskins 4 out of the last 7 seasons!
Terry McLaurin saved this game with his incredible effort play to stop the pick 6 in the third quarter. Everything went Washington's way after that. Terry McLaurin is a complete player who has no weaknesses. Just a tremendous football player who does everything right. He's fast, great hands, great in the air, great motor, runs perfect routes, he's humble, is the go to guy for his team, the list goes on. There really isn't anything negative you can say about Terry McLaurin. He should get a 2nd Team All-Pro nod this year. I'd suggest you keep an eye on him if you don't think he's worthy of an All-Pro selection because the guy is absolutely top notch. The best QB he's had this year is Alex Smith who is coming off of one of the worst injuries in professional sports history and likes to throw to his RBs all the time.
Terry McLaurin is the real deal. He leads the league in WR RAC yards for a reason. And unless someone passes him on Sunday, he's currently the league leader in receiving yards. Washington will pay this guy top WR money when he's up for an extension. The team has been bad the last couple years so fans who haven't been paying close attention don't understand just how dominant this guy is.
