I love it so much that I'm awaiting the arrival of ours any day now. It is the heritage blue first edition just as you demo'd. Can't wait to get our hands on it! PS- we have a baby blue '68 Land Cruiser as well. They will look neat sitting next to each other 68 years apart. 😬👍

That's awesome! They will look great together. I wish you could attach photos to comments.

Great review!!! Loved the detail specs.
As far as the 3rd row goes, I think the non hybrid versions in other countries which I think come with a diesel will have a 3rd row option. It appears the only hybrid version offered here in the U.S. will never be able to accommodate third row seating because of the height of the hybrid batteries. Toyota decided to mass produce this at their plant to save cost by adding those cupholders, usb, etc on all their models.

Now that makes sense, if they were able to put 3rd row on top of the batteries like they did on Sequoia it would be unusable. Thanks for watching!

The quote I got was $96,000. Way too much money. So many other choices in this price range.

I don’t think it is personally, rather have the old 4Runner TRD pro over this for 25k less. I do love the look of it though and the interior is a nice utilitarian vibe

I think the new 4runner with the same powertrain would be my choice, 3 rows and a bit more utilitarian styling. Especially on the TRD pro and Trailhunter. But I think you will only be able to get full time 4wd on Limited. Go figure.

@@MattTheCarguyDon't think you will get a 3rd row in the 4runner if you get the hybrid with the extra HP. TRD might be hybrid only.

Interior is an upgrade but the exterior is so ugly though. Prefer the 300 series landcruiser

We don't have the 300 series here, well kind of Lexus LX600 but its so much more expensive.

@MattTheCarguy i did not know that. So what model of landcruiser did you guys have before this model came out? In Australia we went from 200 series to 300 series
