I’ve worked in kitchens for 15 years now, please kay can I put this in my cook book, I’ve been looking for the perfect recipes for cheese cake and you’ve given it to me. Unreal cheese cake
To make the base you don't need to heat up the pot. Just crush up the cookies with a rolling pin in a plastic bag. Then put the cookies in a bowl, and melt the butter in a separate bowl in a microwave, then mix the butter with the cookies. Next put the mixture in a a cake tin and put it in the fridge for about 2 hours. Once the base is hard put the cream on top. Put it back in the fridge for another 2 hours and it's should be done. I hope this helps a little bit Kate, well done anyway 👍
just a heads up you wanna completely crumble the biscuits, melt your butter separately, then combine the two after the fact. Use a pie dish and dump the crust in the dish and then press with the bottom of a spoon until it’s pretty evenly pressed all around. Your filling should be cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream. Whip the cream add your sugar and vanilla into the heavy cream before mixing. Use a mixer to get the heavy cream to a whipped cream consistency, then you can add your cream cheese. Can then pour the mixture in the pie dish over your crush then let it chill 🤝
