Awesome job as always! Video idea, workshop tour with what sand papers you use dust extraction fillers blocks, toolbox tour etc always interesting seeing other people’s set ups! Keep smashing it ! 😊
Thanks, you must be reading my mind we were talking about that today, a video is coming soon, my first 2 introduction videos i give a little tour and show what i use, go easy on me i was little nervous when i filmed them, still am a bit
Nothing gives me greater satisfaction that to watch someone else do what I do while iv got a car on bake 😂 Loving your vids mate, it seems we carry the same ethos but not the same guns 🙃
Alright! Love watching what you do Jason, not many of us honest old school guys left in the trade. Have to get the williams in on the quiet days 😉...would love you to paint my capri when shes ready for it fella as I know you would do a mint job 😊
I'm 46 years old. When I was in highschool I did the auto body program at boces. My 1st year in high school. My second year as an adult student to complete the program. I graduated in the top of my class. I was working on a dairy farm at the time and continued for several more years afterwards. I could not find 1 auto body shop to pay me what I was making at the time.
It must be nice to be able too tweak yours colours i have to rely on my paint supplier (who's good to be fair)to match my colours and give me some tinters if i think i'll have a problem. Never like going edge to edge with any colour but sometimes i give the customer the option which is very rare !!! Good content keep the vids coming . 👍
Ideal time to take my van on then if abit quiet. Spray it wot ever coulor you want any coulor. spray it the a team colours wot ever. have it for a fyew weeks. It’s only small connect can. And as long as it don’t come to like £3000 less then half that I’ll be a well happy bloke lol. I’m serious. I can even bring it so you can see it with own eyes
Ive had some die back issues too, mine was down to the water base not to being completely dry, do you mix it on the scales or on the cup, what's the humidity like where you spraying
@@TheHumblePaintSprayer333 I always mix at scales....I have noticed with Hs 25 the problem is bigger than Hs 10... Experiment with 1,5 coat or 2 coats with properly flash off times the problem is the same...I don't have so big problems with Standox clears ... Sorry for my English...I am Greek....
Could be a bad batch of HS25, do you do 5% thinner and V25 thinner, if its ok with HS10 and other clears i can't be down to the base coat not dry enough, does it die back on blend areas where its just clear on clear or is it all over
@@TheHumblePaintSprayer333 No i don't bake....I use 5% V25...I have most problems on roofs and hoods....not at side doors or fenders.... Anyway thanks for your time....I will keep watching your Super videos....
Yeah you can get a run in anything if you put enough on, water base base coat has good stability as a lot of them are meant to applied in 1 application, you would have to really overload it for it to run but it can creep off edges and recesses easily, top coat is still 2k and can run

Is paint runs still possible with water based paints?
