Good review thanks. Do you know how tall your son is? trying to decide what size to get for my son, he's 1.2m or 47 inches tall and don't want him to out grow it too soon. Thanks
My kid is currently 4'5". I went with the 18 because of that same thing. I didn't want the 16 because I knew he'd grow out of it quick but the 20 was too big for him and I didn't want him to struggle riding it.
Also i watched another review where the 20 inch version is still the same seat height as the 18 at 27 inches seat to ground. What made you pick the 18 inch over the 20 inch for him?
We sat him on the bike, and decided that the 20 was just a bit too big for him. He could ride it around but had issues putting his feet down. There is a longer reach for your arms. Combined he just didn't fit well on it.
@@Mountainslayerz ok, gotcha i wish i had a dealer close to me my son is 8 but his inseam is only 24 inches, so not sure they will work for him right now:/
I have a mx4r and was thinkng about getting this for my nephew to ride with. Hows the durability? Is it worth the price in your opinion, or is it like a walmart bike?
@@steedu46gt 100% worth the money. It’s not a Walmart bike. And it’s been very durable. My kid takes it to the Mx track, we hit single track and it’s a daily commuter around the neighborhood and parks. This bike has been worth every dime. Cost of this vs a STACYC is very enticing as well. Your nephew would love it.
What do you think is the minimum age to ride this bike? My child is five and a half years old. He can already control the pw50 and super73 K1D very well, but they seem a little too small. I am looking for the next bike for him! Can you give me some good suggestions? Thank you!
That's a good question. Normally it seems like he can ride for a two-four hours on a full charge depending on the type of riding. I opted for a 2nd battery ($200 MSRP), and have yet to burn through two in a day.
Great review. Thanks!

The 16 inch model is designed for 6-8 year olds. It sounds like your kid would probably fit on it. The seat is adjustable.
Average run time?
