I don’t know the part number off hand. Stacyc customer service is great though and I’m sure they can help you out. They are very quick to respond via email
@@Rubio-of-6 yeah i think the orion is an ok platform, and even with the issues we had with the 16 - i was only ever going to buy the 18 inch stacyc haha - thanks for watching
Chains adjusted to spec. The motor was bad, had a tight spot - since this there’s been hundreds of hours put on the bike (very rowdy hours to boot haha) the gear box has yet to fail (motor and gear reduction have both failed) I hate to hear the chain slap on the chain guard but fear chain tension wiping out the gearbox
I usually advocate for kids to ride stacycs The 12 e was awesome no issues and the 16 e brushed motor models were awesome no issues. The 16e brushless has been a bomb. I just got my kid the 18e launch edition for chrismtas this year. Allegedly they are awesome If you’re located near Pennsylvania this 16e is for sale 🤷♂️
My Stacyc eDrive 16". Has motor blown. Maybe you know parts numbers to order motor only? Or i will have to rewind the motor.

I have seen so many of the 16" ones have issues online that I decided to try the Orion rxb-e 16. Time will tell if I made the right decision.
Yeah it’s unfortunate
Seems like the stacyc 16e brushless is a lemon, we had a 12 that was bulletproof and now have an 18 that seems great.
I got the 20” Orion and ended up going back to Stacyc for my son.so if anyone is interested I’m selling the Orion

So their is no power fuse on the 16e brushless ?
Correct
It threw me off as well haha especially after working on a 12e
Chain looks like it could be too tight. You want to keep the chains on these things surprisingly loose
