Nokhud Offensive Dungeon Guide - Mythic Nokhud Offensive Bosses and Notable Trash

- Nokhud Offensive is a new Dragonflight Dungeon that is part of the first season of Mythic Plus in Dragonflight. This Nokhud Offensive guide will highlight the tank, healer and DPS mechanics of the bosses to help you confidently tackle this new Dragonflight dungeon. This is the Dragonriding Dungeon, and you can use your Dragonriding mounts inside! Tackle the first three bosses and trash in any order you like.
The first Nokhud Offensive boss is Granyth. Move out of the Tectonic Stomp ring and click a Dragonkiller Lance to stun Granyth during his Eruption channel. Stop the Saboteur adds by slowing, displacing and clearing them before they disable your Dragonkiller Lances.
The second boss is Raging Tempest. Players can run into lightning orbs to 'eat' them so that the boss doesn't. You get a stacking damage and healing buff from the orbs, so eat as many as you can and don't let any touch the boss. If your group has an offensive dispel (purge) remove the Energy Surge buff ASAP, otherwise the tank may want a small cooldown. Spread out with the Lightning Strike rings and you've got Raging Tempest down.
Teera and Maruuk was the toughest Nokhud Offensive boss fight we tested. Tank them together, which means chasing after Teera when she Spirit Leaps. Spread out before the Gale Arrow cyclones, and move from the Earthsplitter shockwaves. Get out of Maruuk's Frightful Roar ring and interrupt Teera's Guardian Wind. This fight was too chaotic to safely clear Thundering buffs at the last minute as part of the seasonal affix, so we found it safer to clear those right away.
Balakar Khan is the last Nokhud Offensive boss, and you cannot Dragonride up the hill to him. Run the Spear a short ways from the group and dodge the Charge he'll do to it after. Move out of the Upheaval cone attack also. Interrupt and clear the Stormcaller adds at 60%, and then carry on as you were. In the second phase, the tank hit becomes a Magic debuff which is easily removed by healers.

I feel that it's important to note that the dot on the last boss increases the damage the tank takes from Thunder Strike by 500%!! So healer cleansing is a priority.
isn't that difficult when the dot is a physical bleed?

That's flabby, he evidently does PVP far more than mythics. This is also extremely early footage from the beta, which is why hazel is sometimes missing updated stuff (i.e. the updated souls from harvester trash)

I think that is the dungeon that gives you the special breaths for that mount that transforms you into a bird. Correct me if I'm wrong!
it is! Ive had it drop from the last boss twice now on normal. You need three for the bird mount.
I dunno if this changed on live because I've yet not had a chance to play this dungeon on any difficulty on live, but if the beta the trash hit rather hard, so you really want to stay together and not rush too much so someone doesn't pull unneeded adds while trying to get to the group, yes you need to be quick in Mythic but pointless wipes cost more time then making sure everyone is there before rushing in.
i did the dungeon and i feel like the trash is harder than the bosses lol
My greatest problem with Balakar Khan is to get there, and where to land before i go in.
My friend said he hated this but I found it fine on HC, he did it on Mythic tho so maybe it's a nightmare.
How do you kick stuff?
/kick doesn't work and it only gets rid of players if you have them selected while healing... and probably shouldn't banana the bingo bunker to the point of spooling spaghetti without roller knobs.
That another class's interrupt spell?
In case nobody has mentioned it yet, "kick" is shorthand for "use your class's interrupt or CC spell" i.e. not actually typing /kick
@@pamelajacosqui It's also worth adding that kick is literally the Rogue's interrupt spell, so now it's colloquial for everyone (counterspell etc).

0.75 is normal talk speed, hard to follow with 1.0 speed. Thank you for the guide.
The flying here is a nightmare but seems like guides mention nearly nothing of it. I run out of charge and then fall to the ground, pulled a ton of ads, etc, horrible place to me.
If your tanking and you might choose the raging tempest or teera and maruuk someone might kick you out
The first boss look like that rock dragon from monster hunter, this among the armor sets and other things make me think that blizzard was inspired in the monster hunter franchise to make this exp
i HATE this dungeon, specifically because i lways get seperated from my group when trying to fly to balakar khan.
To be fair this expansion is ERMAHGERD DRAGONS.! But so much is wrong with this pre-patch: Automatic uploads not downloading and then hiding themselves under settings and setting off an inadvertant DDOS-like attack on your main-drive (which took days to figure out and nearly made me get a new hard-drive when all my virus checks, that took hours to run because of lag, came back clean). Because Blizz is always working as intended right??!!!?, so why would you even THINK it was them and not the 5th... no 6th computer (or more) you have gone through playing this from Vanilla. And the complaints about the boring color set, which reminds me of The Devil Wears Prada; " is not just blue, it’s not turquoise, it’s not lapis, it’s actually cerulean"! Then there is a quest for an heirloom, Unstable Elemental Confluence, which is great but does the Storm Invasion ever happen? And also Heirlooms don't give a Levelling buff anymore? I have spent months re-upgrading them!
