Gutshot secretly is jealous of other Pets and ALWAYS makes sure him and his Hyenas smack Hunter Pets again and again .... and again! 😠😠

Maybe consider reworking the last boss totem mechanic, because its totaly unplayable for melee / dot chars, and forces the meta to not even pick theese kind of classes into the group.

The totem spawns based on the boss position. You can always force the totem to spawn where the cloud won't be over it.
