FWD is fine for daily driving, and can be even good for performance driving if setup right. I don't know if I'm a fanboy of any of them but I do like awd. FWD and AWD car owner here.
fwd is good off rolls and daily driving and torque steer feels nice but usually not a huge issue id say they have a decent top end. rwd is good for burnouts and performance but a lot of people tend to not be able to control them when they build them depending on the car, they have the most potential top end. awd best handling cars and launches but looses top end in a race
FWD are like 300kg lighter, more economic and for handling.. times changed, they are same but FWD cant drift they can powerslide, new Civic Type R FWD is faster on Nurburgring then the BMW M2 RWD, or Focus RS/RS3/Golf R AWD... i have an DC2 Type R and play with BMW's in corners all day long they just dont know what they are missing 💪🏼🇯🇵
I stick to AWD vehicles now a days because i can keep up with jeeps and trucks in the winter and I feel safe having 4Matic my little old benz is a beast in the snow I love that thing!! I feel like if I'm gonna invest in a vehicle it needs to be able to handle ALL seasons vs not being able to simply run to the store because of alittle snow fall thats a waste of money to me and I'm typically the one giving everyone else a ride in winter because they either have FWD and RWD.. So AWD any day I'd take the ugly AWD car any day before the pretty RWD or FWD i just need something "practical" to get me from point A to B safely in all conditions and I don't feel safe in FWD or RWD in the snow absolutely not been their done that and it was a mess never again unless I have too.
Title should be more directed for a particular use. Street: FWD is king.....90%+ of all miles are mileage placed on a car when it's already at speed. 0-60 doesn't mean anything as at any given moment you're already in motion.....with faster response, less drivetrain loss, less weight c-ya. Yet, not suitable for the 1/4 or road course (over all). Drags: RWD is king kong! Period! Rains king, forget everything else. Crap weather, dirt, rally: AWD
Rwd is by the most part the easiest to work on, hood compartment is usually not too cluttered. Awd brings more complexity plus you need to have all 4 tires to have the same diameter.
It all depends on the use. So many people say rear wheel drive is the best only because they think everybody and their mother can drift. RWD is great,FWD is great, and AWD is great. It all depends on the use.

Rwd is just more fun
Randy Pender potential is a probability wave determined by forces that contradict or magnify each other. If you ask me the car has nothing to do with potential if you cannot magnify its force. The driver has the most potential.
@@grandmaster-grouch what about potential energy? 🤔 because the car at rest would technically have the most, correct?
I like RightWD, the pull to the right is amazing
Weekend car: FWD for the backroad twistys
Daily: RWD turbo diesel company ute for wet days
This guy gets it
Lowkey I get more excited when I saw Alex on the video
Forgot to mention how each drivetrain can effect how efficient the power is put to the wheels...
I like fwd but wouldn’t mind a awd and to do some donuts in a rwd
All wheel all the way! I love my 2019 wrx.😝😝😝
Up here in New England AWD is a must have in my eyes. Awd for the win!
That clip of the Accord drifting oddly looked like mine when I bought it... Though that wasn't me.
FWD is fine for daily driving, and can be even good for performance driving if setup right. I don't know if I'm a fanboy of any of them but I do like awd. FWD and AWD car owner here.
I have an Acura tsx but recently got an s2000 I prefer rwd for the summer, but don't want it for winter for traction so I have the tsx for that.
fwd is good off rolls and daily driving and torque steer feels nice but usually not a huge issue id say they have a decent top end. rwd is good for burnouts and performance but a lot of people tend to not be able to control them when they build them depending on the car, they have the most potential top end. awd best handling cars and launches but looses top end in a race
What about NWD: No wheel drive
Exactly
Chevrolegs
FWD is time attack beast
FWD will also have less intrusion in a servere crash. RWD cars are usually less space efficient inside.
FWD is only suitable for children's tricycles
@@kokolee3274 bro shut the fuck up , ive seen your comment many times.
I find it easier to drift FWD cars xD
トゥージレーサー hahahaha I said the same thing hahaha I stopped calling it a drift xD
I hate under steering, but all three have their uses.
If not living in snowy areas, RWD is the way to go
Runescape!! I still play that game!
I bought a 16 year old Subaru Legacy with AWD just because we have a lot of rain and show in the winter
Fair enough thank's for the feedback!
I love when y’all refer to runescape😂
Absolutely! ⚔️
Rwd is by the most part the easiest to work on, hood compartment is usually not too cluttered. Awd brings more complexity plus you need to have all 4 tires to have the same diameter.
I like fwd and rwd 😄 awd tho can be very powerful but its fwd and rwd all,day for me
X Pro Zoomy are you arab or indian?
@@animfix2840 american
Was that a Runescape Reference? I frickin love it
RWD E46 with no tread on rear tyres 👍
I prefer RWD because my rx7 is that way and I've always been a fan of RWD
Talk about the IS line of Lexus please!
It all depends on the use. So many people say rear wheel drive is the best only because they think everybody and their mother can drift. RWD is great,FWD is great, and AWD is great. It all depends on the use.
FWD for LIFE!!😁
Real!!!! Wheel drive for the win.
Broke: FR
Woke: MIDSHIP RWD :D
respect for that classic rs reference
FWD is like the redheaded step-child, but... who doesn't love a red head every now and again?
😅😂
Get snow tires for all of these snow isn’t a problem. None of these are good in snow without snow tires. Not even awd
