finally i loose my problem of fear to photosynthesis because of u sirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Dear you said that six carbon are used in the reaction but it also brings 12 oxygen mean one Carbon dioxide have two oxygen six of them are used in making of glucose but what happened with other six oxygen ??
Cycle Runs Six Times actually.... On Every Cycle 1 Carbon is fixed and one Oxygen molecule is generated .. So when 6 Carbon Dioxide molecules are fixed we get 6 Oxygen molecules as well... ( How come 12 Oxygens are generated )
@@Biologywithrasheed The Glucose Molecule is made up of 6 Carbon atoms , 12 Hydrogen atoms and 6 OXYGEN atoms ( So if you balance the equation u can easily generate what has been said in the video , I hope this helps)
i will keep all these topics in my upcoming list of videos, Usually I upload a video once a week but if things go well i will change the schedule for these videos... Thanks
Thanks for your video, this is most helpful, if you one more time help me I shall as grateful in terms of you, please make a video for C 4 circle. Please.
Apologies for that.... I suggest you to play video at 0.75x which will definitely help you. And InshaAllah in my future videos i will keep this thing in mind.
thank you for the video sir , it does help me to understand the process . but maybe sir , u can slow down the lecture a little bit . it just seems a little bit fast for a slow learner like me 😁😊 anyway sir , i still get the content n thank you so much sir ! 🤗 love your video 🙌🙌🙌
Thanks Nur for appreciation....This speed problem is mostly in all of my videos which has only one solution as of now , just play video at .75x speed. And furthermore in my new videos i will try to explain slowly...
For the formation of glucose,6 carbons are required. Single cycle gives triose phosphate which have 3carbons. So it needs 2cycles to produce glucose. But why here it says that for the formation of glucose 6cylces of calvin cylce are required ? I didn’t get sir ! Can you please help me out ?
On conversions of 1,3 Bis phosphoglycerate to Glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate. Happened due to reduction, where went the remaining phosphate molecules?.. All the more during regeneration.. How 5 Molecules with 5 Phosphates got 3 ATPs(phosphates) and became RuBP
A 3 Carbon atom chain is called a PGA. With a hydrogen atom affixed to it it's called a G3P. If you think of the Calvin cycle as 6 units working simultaneously, we have 6 Carbon atoms from each unit and 30 more too from the RuBPs (cause 1 RuBP = 5 carbons) there are 36 carbon atoms. Out of those we only need 6 for glucose, then we have 30 to spare. Think about the 6 units. Each unit's RuBP needs to be recreated in order for the cycle to continue. So we need 5 carbons in all the 6 units to recreate the RuBC which is 30 carbons in total, which is exactly how many we've got left after making the glucose
yes.. this Calvin Cycle is a Carbon Fixation pathways ( but we have other fixation Pathways in Archae too but this Calvin cycle is the major Pathway for carbon fixation)
First of all thank you so much that photosynthesis becomes clearer to me ONLY until sa part of 5 mol of G3P regenerate to RuBP but as written in your representation 1 mole of glyceraldehyde will produce sugar? But I was wondering how will it become sugar with C6H12O6 if glyceraldenyde has only 3 carbons? I want to know how it produce a sugar with C6H12O6.
This the best lecture I ever had. Keep up the good work, this really helped me
Thanks Calvin for appreciation..... Glad to know that it helps,.,,,,
Wow calvin here
Ss
Excellent videos sir. Its better to study home rather than going college
Exactly
Absolutely correct 💯
I too agree🎉

in regeneration phase there is only *3 atp* consumed not 5 to convert the 5 molecules of Glycereldehyde 3 p into Rubp.... why?

The cycle runs two times , to get sugar molecule...... ( triose + triose )
6 CO2 WILL attack and hence 6 turns of Calvin cycle ... You wrote 3 CO2 hence 3 turns of Calvin cycle which is wrong
Thanks
I am so grateful sir
