If you want to remember the order of inhibitors of the ETC think "RACCOON"
    R otenone - Complex I
    A ntimycin - Complex III
    C yanide - Complex IV
    C O - Complex IV
    O - ATP Synthase
    No coupling - uncoupling agent

@@user-hn9qg5qm3o Bnb explains this. If 2 NADH produced in glycolysis are transported to mitochondria via malate shuttle, they remain to be 2 NADH; if these 2 NADH are transported via Glycerol-3-P shuffle, 2 NADH are converted to 2 FADH2, decreasing 2 ATP.

+1 one on one of the best explanations of the ETC-oxidative phosphorylation. And I am a PhD in Biology, so ive heard many of them )))) You did not highlight why it is called phosphrylation though, so as I understand it, it is the use of O2 and addition of phosphate to ATP that makes it OXPHOS
