- So first off- thank you to @pueblodove! She (not a "he"- sorry!) threw out the challenge- "I never use the cap lifter on a multitool! What are 5 more uses?" She even called out @SurvivingtheDaily and @UncommonEDC !
So- I took up the challenge... and drew a total blank. And after staring at multitools for a few days, I decided to try something a little different!
This one was a ton of fun, and I hope it helps you look at your tools and equipment, no matter how cheesy, in a different way!

the cordage would be good if you made a figure 8 with it, and I like the idea of a fishing line holder/ anchor. As an anchor you could drive it into a tree to hang things. Phone stand, or solar charger stand for those phone sized ones, another good idea. Maybe I need a flat tool, still have no use for the one on my knife.😆😆😆🤣😆Thank you for the ideas!
I mean, you wouldn't hang a person from it, but it definitely would stand up to a pretty heavy load! And for sure it can be driven into the ground or a tree. I tried to use *only* the bottle opener here, but you could even use it as a makeshift belay or pulley device given the other slots and tools on it. I personally love that first card that you showed , no I do not use all of the " functions" but I love them for certain things and with a slight modification you can turn it into a proper little hatchet...
I use it all the time lol. It's actually now my regular wallet carry with a little write in the rain notebook and some cards!

@@pueblodove This is a pretty good one! I mean, I've only ever used mine for caps and some wire stripping, but these are pretty decent uses too 😁
@@ConansEasyDadCarry I think so, and no matter the use of the tools, the sturdy flat steel can be very useful in a survival situation. The everything tool that you can't hurt, and can attempt to use in order to preserve the good tools! It seems like it would be good to scrape magnesium the way you did the ferro rod! Or if you used a larger ferro rod, it could maybe spark from both sides! you could grind on it a little! See brainstorming is great!
What can you do to make it better?
Honestly, it makes a pretty decent lifter, and finding these 5, don't know what I would want to improve 😁
