Why don't you start a new series of teaching kyokushin karate from white belt to the black belt?

can you put the PDF files for these books(especially: "Mind training for martial arts by Dr. clive layton"
), I am a 15 year old boy doing karate and I have some issues learning to fight because of my mental anxiety and mental barriers. If you would do this, I would be very glad of you. I also have my fight after few months.....

Hi Senpai, have you read the Bubishi? I've heard it's well worth reading.

I would advise this is karate, much more detailed instruction of all techniques. Other one is more on philosophy
