work burnout is real, and when it happens, it feels like an anvil has just fallen on you. you did the right thing to leave, it might be a little rough right now but you're smart and you already have an offer! choosing your physical and mental health is always the right choice.

So crazy! I was looking for real estate agents in Tokyo but hard to connect with for some reason. But real estate is a tough industry for sure. Sooo important to take rest and pace yourself

I also worked 13 hours a day / 6 days a week. Falling asleep on the subway all the time
I realized that I need to find a way to make some income passively. Preferably while I’m sleeping 😅
