Great vid on head and legs! But ooomph! I hope the model was helped to correct his arm stroke! He certainly has enough power. Once that “early vertical forearm” is dialled in, he will fly!
What do you mean by correcting his arm strokes ?
Bending knees also engages quads and hamstrings. What we should engage are glutes and hip flexors.
