ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL WARM & ENGAGING. ROGER IS AS GOOD AS EVER, IF NOT BETTER! Great sound, video, bandsong selection (diverse webpleasant suprises!) & STORIES! One of the most enjoyable shows I ever saw! Thanks for putting This UP. GO ROGER! GOD BLESS!😊
Things that strike me: Mr Daltrey is totally relaxed. He is no mean guitarist. He is obviously a decent man, not driven by his ego. Best of all this music is entertaining. Love it!
Yes, I agree & she still looks real good too. I saw her w/ David Gilmour in July 1984 from the 2nd row of the Orchestra pit & I was impressed then as well.
I saw Roger twice. Once in 2010 and this year in 2024. The 2024 was far superior, like others have said he seemed very relaxed. He was determined everything at the show had a good time overall.
Saw The Who in 1982 at the Cotton Bowl, tickets were $18. I remember Billy Squier opened,Roger is just good energy and it shows that he still enjoys performing.
When he plays, he has a certain little shuffle going on with his shoulders, and then when he was younger, he had a little bit lower and he would kinda whip it around a little bit. It was he looked just so hot.!
I attended the Wolf Trap performance on June 12th, as well...a one-of-a-kind experience!! He's so humble, laid-back, funny...and his voice sounded really good. All the musicians in the group were incredible...loved the accoustic vein of it all. (I loved Mr. Daltrey's generosity-of-spirit when he sang 'Happy Birthday' to the young lady whos' dad mentioned her 16th birthday was the following day...what a thrill for dad and daughter!) I'd missed The Who in Houston (years earlier) when Roger was having throat issues, so I wasn't going to miss this tour. I flew up from Texas, specifically for the Wolf Trap performance, and am so glad I did. I, finally, got to see the legend...Mr. Roger Daltrey! My music-related bucket list is now complete.

Gosh, I remember catching The Who multiple times on their 1989 tour. Roger was a ripped, tanned golden god and had all of that stage presence, power and charisma to go with it. While it's great to see that he is doing well in his old age... it is still rather shocking to see him now, hunched over and stiff, compared to just a short 35 years ago. Time is merciless. At least he still has a voice.
Thank you for posting!
Roger sounds amazing!

I agree. This acoustic setting seems to suit him at this point in his career.

Awesome! Nice mix of songs. I saw Roger in 1985 for his solo tour then. 2nd row! The OX showed up for that one. Rock on Roger 🤘

Going June 20th Leader Bank Pavilion Boston, outdoors on the waterfront. Last time I saw Roger Daltrey solo was his Under a Raging Moon Tour 1985.
Nothing like a Philly Crowd when you ask them to help with a screaming part in a song 👊 GREAT JOB AUDIENCE that was AWESOME!!!
We saw him at Wolf Trap, VA on Wednesday! Such a wonderful and intimate experience!

I saw the WHO in 2009 at the Melbourne Australia Grand Prix one off my bucket list. I’ve loved ❤Roger since the 60’s.
he should put these shows on nugs for us to buy.

Great opening song. Pete would be proud.
Roger is sounding good at the age of 80
Doug Boyle. Not seen him since his days with Robert Plant. Roger is on fine form here.
He sounds great really does
I wonder if 1964 model Roger Daltrey thought that he would still be doing this in 2024.
I didn't know he was in town. 😣
Jeez, compare this to what Robert Plant can manage these days. Really astounding he can still perform at this level.
Great that he remembered Leo Sayer.
John Hogg on bass , awesome.. Really wished Magpie Salute had stayed together.
WHERE'S WINDMILL MAN???
Karen Carpenter on Bongos
I wondered what happened to her 😂
Hey Roger, drink some good Whey Protein Powder mix 10 minutes before you sing and watch what happens to your vocal chords.👍
Just remember Pete Townsend wrote all these songs.
Actually, he only wrote half of them.
Everyone knows who wrote the songs,, thanks
